Ingredients: a pound of red beans, 3 onions, salt, 630 g of beef pulp, a pound of tomatoes, a pinch of oregano, a clove of garlic, a bunch of fresh cilantro. How to cook lobio with meat in pots is described below.

Ingredients: 320 g of dried red beans, 80-90 g of walnut kernels, a bunch of fresh cilantro, 2-4 garlic wedges, a pinch of ground pepper, onion, salt.

  2. Next, the beans are left in the water for cooling. You do not need to drain the liquid from the pan.
  3. Cilantro, garlic, onions and walnuts are ground using a suitable blender nozzle or in any other convenient way.
  4. Salt and pepper are added to the cooled beans, the mass is well mixed and slightly kneaded with a spoon.
  5. Here the mixture from the third step is laid out.
  6. It remains to heat the contents of the pan over medium heat, mix well, simmer for 3-4 minutes and arrange on plates.
