Ingredients:

  • potato tubers;
  • fat;
  • onion;
  • flour;
  • salt;

  • minced meat (optional, you can mix pork and beef);
  • chicken eggs;
  • flour;

  • flour;
  • potatoes;
  • water;
  • salt.

In a deep bowl, thoroughly mix the flour, salt and water to a plastic, soft and uniform mass. Tubers should be peeled and washed, boiled and mashed. Add the potato base to the dough and mix again.   5. it is allowed to add yogurt, yogurt, kefir or milk of any fat content to the mass;
