To prepare the dish you will need products:

  • fat cream - 200 ml;
  • poultry fillet - 0.5 kg;
  • butter - ½ pack;
  • fresh milk - 0, 8 l;
  • wheat flour - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • cheese - 0.4 kg;
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp;
  • salt - 1 tsp.

We offer a step-by-step recipe for lasagna with minced meat in the oven:

  1. Boil chicken breast, and then finely chop it or grind in a food processor.
  2. Grind the cheese into chips (this can be done on a grater).
  3. Pour cream into the meat, salt, put on the fire and simmer well to thicken the mass.
  4. Fry wheat flour on a piece of butter, pour milk, stir everything thoroughly, otherwise unpleasant lumps may remain.
  5. Add the nutmeg and cook until the sauce acquires the necessary thick consistency.

  • water - 1 tbsp .;
  • cheese chips - 250 g;
  • wheat flour - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • mix of Italian herbs - 1 tsp;
  • salt - 1 pinch.

  1. Finely chop the onion, mix it with minced meat and fry until cooked in a pan.
  2. Add tomato slices and simmer for exactly 5 minutes.

  8. Evenly distribute the meat filling, sprinkle the surface with cheese chips, put pita bread again and repeat the layers.

The lasagna with tomatoes is very juicy, and the cheese adds piquancy to the dish.

To prepare a hearty dinner, you need to prepare the following ingredients:

  • ripe tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • minced meat - 0.4 kg;
  • fat cream - 350 ml;
  • sheets of dough - 1 pack;
  • Parmesan cheese - 100 g;
  • wheat flour - 50 g;
  • butter - 80 g;
  • onion - 1 unit .;
  • carrots - 1 root vegetable;
  • broth - 2 tbsp .;
  • salt - 1 tsp.

 

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Finely chop all prepared vegetables, and then fry them in a pan.

  1. Melt the butter and fry the minced meat and garlic in it.
