  • 150 - 200 grams of "Dutch" and "Adygea" cheese;

  • 1 tbsp. medium fat kefir.

Cooking:

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl with salt. Pour in cold kefir and repeat whipping.
  2. From lavash cut two circles to fit the pan. One sheet must be left intact and put in the selected container so that the edges protrude.
  3. Cut the remaining pita bread into slices, put in a mixture of kefir and eggs.
  4. Pour part of the grated "Dutch" cheese into the pan with the base.
  5. Lay the first circle on top. Pour some hard cheese again, and also distribute part of the Adygei cubes.
  6. Next, lay the pieces of pita soaked in kefir and eggs.
  7. Repeat a layer of two varieties of cheese. Close the products with the protruding edges of the pita. Put the last circle on top.
  8. Pour all the remaining mixture of kefir and eggs.

Ingredients:

  • 1 thin large pita bread;
  • 150 g of "Russian" cheese;
  • 60 g of a variety of fresh herbs;

  • 250 g smoked sausage;
