  2. Since the filling of the chicken coop is laid out in layers, each should be kneaded in a separate bowl. The first layer will consist of finely chopped eggs, dill and butter. Mix all ingredients and add a little salt.

For the recipe, you will need to fry the chicken until cooked, fry the onion until golden brown, fry the mushrooms (preferably champignons), boil the potatoes and make mashed potatoes from it.

Thus, it turns out:

  • chicken meat - 500 grams;
  • mushrooms - 300 grams;
  • medium onions - 4 pieces;
  • puff pastry - 1 pack;
  • mashed potatoes - 400 grams;
  • pancakes - 3 pieces.

A kurnik with ready-made puff pastry and cheese takes a little longer to cook than a classic recipe. The reason for this is to use raw potato toppings.
Ingredients:

  • finished puff pastry - packaging weighing 500 grams;
  • chicken fillet - 400 grams;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece;
  • hard cheese - 150 grams;
  • onion - 2 pieces;
  • medium-sized potatoes - 3 pieces;
  • butter - 40 grams;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking steps:

  1. It is recommended that you pre-marinate the chicken fillet with onion, pepper and salt. Stand the meat for about 15 to 20 minutes, after which you can start cooking.
  2. Sauté bell pepper and onion until golden brown.
  3. Washed and peeled potatoes cut into thin plates.

  • small potatoes - 3 tubers;
  • onions - 2 pieces;
  • puff pastry - 1 pack;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil;
  • butter.

To prepare mini-chambers it is important to follow the following instructions:

  1. Cut the boiled meat to the desired size.
  2. Cut mushrooms with onions, mix and fry until cooked.
