Mushrooms are added to the composition of this amazingly delicious dish, which are ideally combined with poultry meat.

We prepare a gourmet dish from the following ingredients:

  • 800 g of chicken;
  • 1 onion;
  • 4 tbsp. l sunflower oil;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 40 g mayonnaise;
  • 200 g of champignons;
  • 1 bunch of any greenery;
  • 1 tbsp. l potato starch;
  • spices and salt (optional).

Sequencing:

  1. Rinse chicken fillet under running water, dry with a towel. Cut the meat into small pieces.
  2. We wash the mushrooms, remove the damaged areas, finely chop. Fry mushrooms in oil until juice appears.
  3. We peel the vegetables from the husk, squeeze the garlic with a special press, chop the onion in half rings.
  4. Add mushrooms to the meat, drive in an egg, attach high-quality mayonnaise and starch. We place the chopped vegetables, add the mass and knead. Remove the minced meat for half an hour in the refrigerator.
  5. We wash the greens, shake off excess moisture, cut the grass.
  6. We get the stuffing and pour the greens into it, mix thoroughly. We form with wet hands from the resulting composition the largest cutlets of the desired shape.

Essential Ingredients:

  • 600 g of chicken breast;
  • 130 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 150 g of onion;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 50 g sour cream;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • seasonings and salt according to one’s own preferences.

 

We prepare a culinary masterpiece in the following way:

  1. We rinse the chicken breast, dry it with paper towels, free the meat from the central bone, cut into small squares.
  2. Grind the peeled garlic and onions with a knife or on a grater.
  3. We connect in a convenient dish all the components on the list, except for oil. Knead the minced meat from the resulting composition.
  4. We form small cutlets from the mass, which we place on a greased baking sheet.
  5. We send the metal sheet to the oven, bake at 185 ° C for 20 minutes.

If you want a more spicy taste, then you can add a mixture of peppers, oregano or other favorite spices to the stuffing.

  • 200 g mayonnaise;
  • 1 eggs
  • 50 g of starch;
  • seasoning to taste.

Cooking step by step:

  1. Cut the fillet into as small pieces of any shape as possible.
  2. Rub the cheese with medium chips.
  3. Pass the garlic through the press.
  4. We combine the prepared components, add starch, an egg, fresh mayonnaise to them. Season the mass with the necessary spices, carefully knead the composition.
  5. We form cutlets with wet hands, which are then fried in hot oil on each side for 3-4 minutes.
