  7. Now we begin to put the resulting mass tightly into the bottle, then we tighten it with cling film and put it vertically in the refrigerator for at least five hours, and preferably all night, so that the roll can freeze well.
  8. Then, cut the lower part from the bottle with the contents, cut the container along and take out the finished chicken roll.

How to make mushrooms

Chicken roll with mushrooms - a great solution for any celebration. The appetizer is tasty, fragrant and original in appearance.

Ingredients:

  • three chicken legs;
  • 180 g of mushrooms;
  • bulb;
  • 35 g of gelatin.

Cooking method:

  1. Boil chicken legs together with spices and salt. Then we cool, separate the meat from the bones and cut into small pieces.
  2. Grind the mushrooms in small cubes and fry together with chopped onions until the liquid evaporates completely.
  3. Pour gelatin with warm broth and then warm until the powder is completely dissolved.

  • 800 g of chicken breast;
  • 28 g of gelatin;
  • Bay leaf;
  • two cloves of garlic.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes, put in a pan along with bay leaves, crushed by cloves of garlic, salt and seasonings. Pour water and simmer meat for half an hour.
  2. At this time, fill the gelatin with warm water and wait until the powder granules swell. Then we mix the finished composition with chicken broth and slightly warm everything in a water bath.

  • 1 pc. carrots and onions;
  • two garlic cloves;
  • parsley root;
  • greenery.

Cooking method:

  1. In stores you can buy a ready-made kit for cooking chicken jelly. If not, then take a small chicken carcass, and you will also need additional wings, cartilage and bones. If you want to get a rich broth, then you can take in equal proportions the meat of two birds - turkey and chicken.
  2. We put all the meat ingredients in a pan, fill them with water and cook for two hours. The broth should not boil, but languish.
  3. In the middle of cooking the broth, put salt, parsley root, carrot and onion. 15 minutes before cooking, add five peas of pepper, any greens and bay leaf.
  4. We take out the prepared meat and vegetables, discard the onions and parsley root, and leave the carrots. Filter the broth.
  5. We divide the meat into fibers, remove all excess, mix with chopped garlic.
