  3. Make the minced meat from the prepared ingredients, add the egg, spices and salt, mix.
  4. Pass the garlic through a press, chop the dill and mash the cream cheese with a fork. If it is dense, like Friendship, Orbit, or Salad, cut into small pieces or grind it.
  5. Combine the ingredients for the filling. No salt needed!
  6. Take about 2-3 tbsp. l stuffing, make a ball with a recess in the center, put the filler there. Form the cutlet so that it is completely covered with meat.
  7. Bread a portion in breading. Prepare the rest in the same way.
  8. Warm the oil in a pan and fry the meatballs over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
