The recipe includes a list of products:

  • fresh champignons - 400 gr;
  • chicken breast - 500 gr;
  • bulb;
  • carrot;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons. l .;
  • sour cream - 120 ml;
  • drinking water - 50-70 gr;
  • salt pepper;
  • green onions - 50 grams of feathers.

Rinse the breast and cut into pieces, fry over medium heat.

Meanwhile, peel the carrots and onions. Three carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion in a small cube. Spread to the chicken, add salt and pepper, mix and continue cooking.

While preparing chicken with vegetables, we cut mushrooms in plates.After 10-15 minutes of cooking chicken meat with vegetables, add the mushrooms, mix, cover and slightly reduce the heat. We continue to cook for a quarter of an hour.

  • 1 table. l lean oil.

We turn on the slow cooker in the "Frying" mode for 10 minutes, and heat the oil in it. We clean onion with garlic, finely chop and fry in oil.

Peel and squeeze the garlic in a sour cream sauce. Pour meat into the sauce, mix and continue cooking for another 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce will be thick.

Cooking a dish in pots

In the oven, chicken fillet in sour cream sauce can be prepared as a full-fledged dish with a side dish of potatoes:

  • 400 g chicken fillet;
  • 6-8 medium potatoes;
  • large carrots;
  • large onion;
  • 250 gr sour cream;
  • dried dill / parsley;
  • salt;
  • 150 gr hard cheese.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and put them in pots. We also peel carrots and onions. Three carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion. Mix and spread the second layer on the potatoes.

Spread the chicken on top, dicing.

Mix sour cream with dried herbs and salt, evenly pour into pots. They must not be filled to the top - there must be 2 cm free space.

We put the pots on the grate in the oven, heat to 180-190 degrees. Bake the dish for 40 minutes.
