  1. The fillet is washed, dried and cut with longitudinal plates. Each of them needs to be beaten off properly with a special hammer. You must first cover the meat with cling film. This will not allow them to tear when beating.

  3. Prepared pieces are dipped in turn into the resulting mixture and fried until tender in oil.

Ingredients: 620 g of chicken, about 120 ml of refined oil, 2 tablespoons, a large spoon of filtered water and 5 tablespoons of wheat flour, salt.
