With fresh cabbage

Ingredients: 120 g juicy quality crab sticks, a full jar of canned corn grains, cucumber (fresh), a bunch of dill (fresh), 220 g cabbage, 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons light mayonnaise, salt.

  1. First chopped sticks are sent to the bowl. Middle cucumbers of fresh cucumber immediately go there too. If desired, hard dark skin can also be cut from it.
  2. Cabbage is very finely chopped with a sharp knife. To soften the vegetable, you should thoroughly mash it with your hands.
  3. Dill is well washed, gets rid of excess moisture and finely chopped.
  4. All components from the previous steps are connected in a capacious container. Corn spills without liquid to them.

The appetizer is salted and generously greased with sauce.

With crab meat and mushrooms

Components: 230 g of frozen champignons, 2 chicken eggs pre-cooked to a frozen yolk, 300 g of crab meat, a small head of onion, salt, sauce.

  4. All ingredients are mixed, seasoned with any preferred sauce (you can take regular mayonnaise), salted and tamped tightly in a beautiful salad bowl. You can use the serving ring to form a snack.

Ready salad with crab meat is decorated with fresh herbs and / or canned green peas.

With squid and shrimp

Ingredients: 220 g of quality chilled crab sticks, 2 medium squid carcasses, 430 g of small peeled shrimp, 70 g of red caviar, 4 chicken eggs pre-cooked to a frozen yolk, 60 g each of light mayonnaise and sour cream of medium fat content.

  1. Chilled eggs are cut into thin sticks. Crab sticks are also cut.
  2. Then you can do seafood. First, the shrimp are sent to salted boiling water for 4 minutes. If they are already pre-cooked and frozen in this form, then it is enough for 2-3 minutes to fill the product with freshly boiled water. Shrimps are reclined in a colander, and then sent to a salad bowl with eggs.
  3. Squid carcasses get rid of films and all that is superfluous. Then they are cut into small rings. Prepared seafood is placed in one cup, and ice water is poured into another. Squids are poured with boiling water for 40 seconds, after which they are immediately transferred to a cold liquid with a slotted spoon.The rings also go to other ground ingredients.
  4. Prepared foods are seasoned with sour cream and mayonnaise sauce. They are salted to taste.

From above the food is sprinkled with red caviar. Such a salad with crab chips can be served very effectively. Wide round snacks are selected, on which small portions of snacks are laid out. This is a great option for a festive table.

Crab salad with crackers

Product composition: 180 g of thawed crab sticks, 3 eggs pre-cooked to a frozen yolk, 230 g of sweet corn in the form of canned food, 4 tbsp. tablespoons of fat mayonnaise, rock salt 90 g of white crackers.

  1. At the very beginning, crab sticks are cut into large or medium pieces.
  2. Crackers are best used small wheat with the taste of caviar or any seafood. They also get enough sleep in a salad bowl to crab sticks.
  3. Corn without brine is added to the bowl.
