Oven cutlets with tomato sauce

This dish has a delicate texture and a pleasant taste. A piquant shade gives it a tomato sauce.

Ingredients:

  • beef or pork (it is acceptable to use two types of meat) - 1 kg;
  • bulbs - 3 pcs.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc.;
  • bread - 3 slices;
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • water - one and a half glasses;
  • milk - half a glass;
  • flour - 1 - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • tomato paste - to taste;
  • spice;
  • salt.

If fresh tomatoes are used in the preparation of gravy, then the sauce may turn out to be too light. Mix a little tomato paste in it, then it will get a nice dark red hue.

Cooking method:

  1. Soak the bread in milk.
  2. Scroll the meat through a meat grinder along with softened bread.
  3. Drive eggs into the resulting stuffing and add mayonnaise, season with spices. Stir everything.
  4. Now you need to form cutlets with a tablespoon and roll them in flour.
  5. We lay out raw cutlets on a sheet or in a form greased with vegetable oil.
  6. We send it to the oven, which should be well preheated in advance, to 200 degrees.
  7. We bake our patties for 10 - 15 minutes.
  8. For that time we are preparing gravy. Finely chop the vegetables and sauté a little in vegetable oil until they become soft.
  9. Tomato paste should be diluted with boiled water and pour into a pan with vegetables. Slightly darken this mixture, stirring slightly.
  10. Remove the sheet with cutlets from the oven, pour them with tomato sauce and put back into the oven for 30 minutes. Be sure to reduce the temperature by at least 20 degrees.

Cooking with sour cream

Sour cream sauce will make any dish unique. Chicken cutlets with sour cream sauce are combined perfectly.

Ingredients:

  • any minced meat, ready-made - 600 g;
  • sour cream - 250 ml;
  • broth - 250 ml;
  • bulbs - 2 pcs.;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • flour - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • garlic;
  • salt;
  • spice.

Cooking method:

  1. Peel the onion, finely chop and mix in the minced meat. Drive there a raw egg and add your favorite spices.
  2. Grate peeled potatoes, choose a grater with small holes. Add to meat and mix.
  3. Make cutlets and place them on a baking sheet. Set it in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. Melt the butter in a pan, pour flour into it and lightly fry until golden brown.
  5. Sour cream into the broth and mix. Then pour this mass into the pan, mixing the future sauce well.
  6. Pour spices into sour cream gravy, squeeze garlic, add salt to taste.
  7. When the sauce is ready, pour them hot cutlets directly in the pan and continue to bake for about 20 minutes. The temperature can be lowered a little.

Creamy juicy dish

Juicy meatballs in the oven can be cooked with cream. This surprisingly pleasant and delicate dish is perfect even for receiving guests.

 

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast - a pound;
  • cream - 300 ml;
  • water - half a glass;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • white bread, loaf or savory roll - 4 slices;
  • vegetable oil - as needed;
  • garlic;
  • breadcrumbs or flour;
  • salt;
  • greenery.

Sometimes a creamy sauce turns out to be liquidy. This is easy to fix - a little flour or starch can be mixed into cold cream.

Cooking method:

  1. Defrost chicken breast and cook minced meat from it, adding onions.
  2. Soak the bread in cream and mix in the stuffing. We use quite a bit of cream for this, since the bulk of them will be needed to prepare the gravy.
  3. We send an egg, salt and a little chopped greens into a bowl with almost ready minced meat.
  4. Divide the minced meat into portions, roll them in flour or breadcrumbs, fry them a little in vegetable oil.
  5. We lay out the cutlets on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for several minutes. The temperature regime is 200 degrees.
  6. Dilute the cream with water, put finely chopped or squeezed garlic in them, add salt. We languish a little over a small fire.
  7. We take out a sheet of meatballs from the oven, pour sauce over them and set to bake for another 15 minutes.

How to make chicken

Poultry meat is great for minced meat. You can safely choose both chicken and turkey. In combination with aromatic gravy, this dish will be worthy of a festive table.

Ingredients:

  • chicken meat - half a kilo;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • milk - half a glass;
  • loaf - 2 pieces;
  • butter - 20 g;
  • sour cream - 200 g;
  • tomato - 1 - 2 tsp;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • garlic;
  • spice;
  • salt.

Cooking method:

  1. Pieces of loaf soaked in milk.
  2. Chop onion and fry with butter.
  3. We twist the meat, we send the onion and the loaf into it. We break the egg there, add spices, salt, squeeze the garlic.
  4. The resulting mincemeat should be cut with your fingers dipped in water. It is best to roll cutlets in the form of balls.
  5. We lay out the round blanks in the mold, greasing it a little with oil.
  6. Bake in the oven for several minutes, set the temperature to 180 degrees.
  7. During this time we make the sauce. Add a little tomato to sour cream, add salt and squeeze the garlic.
  8. We serve cutlets to the table, pouring their sauce.

Potato Variation

Minced meat patties with the addition of potatoes are quite edible. They are well suited when you want to make products lush, slightly diluting the bright meaty flavor.

Ingredients:

  • any minced meat - 1 kg;
  • potatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • onion - 2 pcs.;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • salt;
  • spice;
  • vegetable oil - as needed;

In this recipe, it is better not to use soaked bread. Its function is excellently performed by potatoes.

Cooking method:

  1. Chop greens and onions as finely as possible and mix with minced meat.
  2. Beat an egg in it, add salt and spices. You can add garlic.
  3. Grate peeled potatoes on a coarse grater and squeeze the juice through cheesecloth. However, do not overdo it, let the mass still be a little damp, so that the patties are pleasantly juicy.
  4. Arrange the cutlets on a prepared baking sheet. Top with vegetable oil. So the moisture will not evaporate much, all the juice will remain inside.
  5. Cutlets are baked first at high temperatures, up to 200 and even higher degrees. After 5 minutes have passed, you need to lower the heat in the oven to 180, and leave the servings there for another 20 minutes.
