  • milk - 100 ml;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;

  5. Beat in a chicken egg, add spices and 40 g of flour. To salt.
  6. Knead everything with your hands or a spoon until smooth.
  7. Boil the eggs for 10-15 minutes, cool and peel. Cut them in half and send into a blender bowl.
  8. Rinse greens (onions and dill) under running water, chop coarsely with a knife and add to the same bowl. Turn on the appliance at maximum speed and turn the components for the filling into gruel.
  9. Pour flour into a flat plate for breading.
