There are so many recipes for this dish that you can experiment every day to get completely different dishes. I'll start with the simplest cutlets stuffed with eggs. They are hearty and aromatic. As a side dish, mashed potatoes or vegetable salad are well suited for them.

Ingredients:

  • a mixture of pork and ground beef - 500 g;
  • white bread - 100 g;
  • onions - 150 g;
  • milk - 150 ml;
  • eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • breadcrumbs - 200 g;
  • refined vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

On a note! To make the zrazy especially juicy and tender, mince the meat through a meat grinder twice.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Soak bread in warm milk for 7-10 minutes.
  2. Boil 4 hard boiled eggs for 15 minutes, peel.
  3. Chop the onion finely, add minced meat, squeezed bread and 1 raw egg, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
  4. Dice boiled eggs and salt.
  5. Divide the minced meat into 6-8 equal parts, form cakes out of them. In each put 1 tbsp. l egg filling. Gently bend the free edges so that they completely cover the contents.
  6. Pour breadcrumbs into a flat plate and roll cutlets in them.
  7. Heat oil in a pan.Fry zrazy over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Today, the principles of good nutrition are undergoing a period of rapid change. Many people seeking a healthy diet are replacing red meat with poultry. Inspired by this trend, I also tried to cook chicken and mushroom zrazy. They turned out very juicy and fragrant.

Ingredients:

  • minced chicken - 600 g;
  • egg yolk - 1 pc.;
  • hard cheese - 50 g;
  • champignons - 100 g;
  • breadcrumbs - 100 g;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

On a note! If you use only chicken breasts for cooking minced meat, then it will turn out to be more dietary, if the skin and meat from the legs are more oily and nutritious.

Cooking:

  1. Add salt, pepper and egg yolk to the minced meat, mix thoroughly.
  2. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil over medium heat. Salt to taste. Cool completely if possible.
  3. Grate cheese on a coarse grater and mix with mushrooms in a small bowl.
  4. Divide the minced meat into 6-8 equal parts, form cakes of them, in each of which put 1 tbsp. l toppings.
  5. Carefully wrap the future zrazy, bread in a breadcrumbs and put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper or a silicone mat.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve the finished dish with grilled cereals or vegetables.
