Cutlets with white cabbage and minced meat

The main thing is to properly prepare the cabbage so that it is soft. To do this, grind the vegetable mass from young heads of cabbage with salt, and lower them from winter ones in boiling water.

The required set of ingredients:

  • ground beef - a pound;
  • cabbage - 300 g;
  • onion - a large head;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • salt, spices, oil - for frying.

Cooking sequence:

  1. Finely chop the onions and cabbage. Stir, mash hands. If the minced meat is cooked at home, then you can at the same time skip the vegetable mass through a meat grinder.
  2. Beat in the egg, season with salt and season. Add minced meat. Knead well. If there is time. You can put it in the refrigerator for an hour, so that the mass is well pickled.
  3. Form blanks and fry them in a pan from two sides to a crust.

  1. Chop the vegetables, mix them and put in the multicooker bowl. Turn on the "Extinguishing" mode for an hour. You can put out the vegetable mass in a pan, but in this way you will have to constantly make sure that nothing burns.
  2. Boil the rice until almost cooked.
  3. Connect all the components. Beat egg, salt and mix.
  4. Form oblong workpieces.

It remains to roll them in breadcrumbs and fry until browned. Lazy cabbage rolls are ready!

Cooking with minced chicken

Cutlets can be brought to readiness and in the oven. Prepared on the basis of minced chicken, they turn out truly dietary.

What is necessary:

  • minced chicken - 300 g;
  • cabbage - a small head;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • milk - 2 tbsp .;
  • bow - head;
  • sour cream - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • flour - 100 g;
  • bread - 2-3 slices;
  • salt and pepper.

Cooking process:

  1. Soak the bread in milk, leave for a short time.
  2. Chop cabbage with onions. Salt and knead well. Combine the vegetable mass with minced meat, previously adding to the egg, salt, pepper and bread.
  3. Knead and mold well the rounded pieces. Roll in flour and put in a mold.
  4. Add sour cream and spices to milk. Pour the resulting sauce into the contents of the form.

Bake for at least 45 minutes.

How to make sauerkraut

Even sauerkraut can be used.

Necessary components:

  • stuffing - a pound;
  • sauerkraut - 250 g;
  • bow - head;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • crackers - for breading;
  • oil, salt and pepper.

Sequencing:

  1. Chop the onion and fry it. Add cabbage, stir and simmer over moderate heat for about 15 minutes, stirring the mass from time to time.
  2. Drive an egg into the minced meat, salt, pepper, introduce the vegetable mass. Stir vigorously.
  3. Fashion oval blanks.
  4. Drive an egg into a small bowl and spill it with a fork, pour crackers into a flat plate.
  5. Dip the blanks in the egg mixture. Then roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry in a pan until golden brown. At the end, put all the cutlets in a pan, pour a little water and simmer for 10 minutes.

Lazy beef patties

What do you need:

  • ground beef - a pound;
  • onion - 2 heads;
  • loaf of bread;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • cabbage - a quarter of a small head of cabbage;
  • carrot - 1 pc.;
  • tomato paste - 5 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, pepper, oil.

How to cook:

  1. Soak the crumb in water.
  2. Chop the onion. Leave half to fill.
  3. Introduce the egg, ½ chopped onion, crumb, salt and pepper into the minced meat. Knead.
  4. Chop the cabbage and put it into the minced meat.
  5. Make oval blanks.
  6. Put them in a baking dish (if desired, you can pre-fry them a little to better hold the form).
  7. Fry the rest of the onions and grated carrots, add tomato paste and water.
  8. Pour the contents of the mold with this mixture.

Bake in the oven for at least an hour. Lazy cutlets are ready!

Variety with Peking cabbage

Cutlets with Beijing cabbage and minced meat are very juicy and tender inside. For taste and smell, you can add a little chopped dill.

Necessary components:

  • minced meat - 500 g;
  • cabbage - a third of the head of cabbage;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • dill - a bunch;
  • pepper and salt, oil - as needed;
  • oatmeal - for breading.

Sequencing:

  1. Chop cabbage and dill. Put in the minced meat.
  2. Beat in eggs, add salt and pepper and mix well to make a smooth mincemeat.
  3. After wetting your hands in water, form blanks and roll in flakes.
  4. Preheat the pan and fry them on both sides.
