It is very important to choose fresh meat tenderloin as the basis of such a dish.

Ingredients:

  • veal tenderloin - 380 - 400 g;
  • onions - a whole head;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 3 to 4 cloves;
  • flour - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, spices, oil.

Cooking:

  1. Deliver clipping from cores and films. Cut with a sharp knife very finely or turn into minced meat with a special blender nozzle / meat grinder.
  2. Pour raw eggs into the meat mass, add crushed garlic, finely chopped onions, salt and selected spices.
  3. Mix everything very carefully. Wet neat cutlets with wet fingers. Roll each in flour.
  4. Fry in a skillet until golden brown on all sides.

  • minced beef - 130 - 150 g;
  • milk - ½ tbsp .;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 2 to 3 cloves;
  • bread pulp - 80 - 100 g;
  • onions - 1 head;
  • salt, any fresh herbs to taste, spices.

Cooking:

  1. To cook veal cutlets in the oven, the first thing you need to do is chop finely chopped garlic and onions. Combine them with minced meat.
  2. Break the bread into pieces, soak with milk, squeeze. Add to meat. First you need to cut off dark crusts from it.
  3. Pour chopped greens immediately. Add salt and spices.
  4. Form large cutlets. Put them on oiled foil or a special silicone mat. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at high temperature.

Serve the finished patties with a vegetable side dish and your favorite sauce.

  • minced meat - 330 - 350 g;
  • oatmeal - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • salt, spices.

Cooking:

  1. Pour oatmeal flakes with a small amount of boiling water. Let them swell. Squeeze and send to the mince.
  2. Pour in the egg, add salt and spices.
  3. Form small cutlets. Put them on a special container with holes.
  4. Pour water into the multicooker bowl. Install a container with cutlets on top.
  5. Prepare a dish in the “Steamed” program for half an hour.
