Oven minced meatballs in the oven

Cutlets, just baked in the oven, will turn out to be rather dry. To avoid this, we suggest making them with mushroom sauce. Turkey meat in combination with mushrooms and creamy taste will not leave indifferent consumers.

Ingredients:

  • fillet (turkey meat) - 600 g;
  • onion - 1 small head;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • white bread or loaf - 2 pieces;
  • milk - 2/3 st .;
  • cream - 0.5 tbsp .;
  • champignons - 300 g;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • flour - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • sunflower oil - a little on a baking sheet;
  • salt and black pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Soak the bread in milk.
  2. Twist the meat with onions and garlic through a meat grinder, add the egg, soaked bread, salt and pepper. Stir, leave, covered with a towel, in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Form cutlets, put on a greased baking sheet, set to bake at 190 degrees.
  4. Fry the mushrooms in butter, add flour, mix. Pour in the cream, salt lightly, add pepper. Bring to a boil, remove from heat.
  5. When the cutlets are covered with a blush, pour them with sauce, then leave in the oven for another 5 minutes.

Serve cutlets of minced turkey with boiled rice or mashed potatoes.

Steamed in a slow cooker

If you steam cutlets only from meat, they will come out “rubber”.

But since we want to create a dietary dish, you can’t put bread, it increases calorie content.We use rice (cereals have the same energy value as turkeys) and herbs, we get excellent steam cutlets!

Dish Components:

  • turkey meat - 400 g;
  • rice - 1/3 st .;
  • parsley and dill - a small bunch;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • salt and ground pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Cook rice until tender in unsalted water, drain it, do not rinse the cereal.
  2. Turn the fillet with a blender or a meat grinder into minced meat, twisting it with onions.
  3. Chop greens finely.
  4. Mix the minced meat with rice and herbs, salt and pepper. Put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, so the stuffing will become more elastic, will not fall apart.
  5. Form small cutlets - with a tablespoon.
  6. Lubricate the steam grid in the multicooker, put the patties out. Pour water into the bowl, close the lid, set the mode to “Steamed meat”.

Serve the patties with boiled, baked, steamed or fresh vegetables.

Pan recipe

Incredibly lush, soft and tasty, turkey cutlets in a pan are obtained.

The recipe is simple, it will take about 30 minutes to cook.

 

Products:

  • turkey fillet - 500 g;
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • potato starch - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • garlic - 2 prongs;
  • parsley - several branches;
  • salt and pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Scroll the meat with peeled onion.
  2. Add starch, egg, sour cream, chopped herbs, crushed garlic, salt and pepper to the minced meat.
  3. Pour a little oil into the pan, spoon the minced meat with cutlets (do not work with your hands, the consistency is liquidish), fry on both sides to a crust.

Serve cutlets with any garnish, ideally combined with pasta.

With semolina and mushrooms

Another noteworthy recipe for cooking turkey cutlets. Thanks to croup, they turn out to be lush and soft, and mushrooms complement the taste and add satiety.

Of the ingredients, the following will be required:

  • fillet - 500 g;
  • mushrooms (any) - 150-200 g;
  • semolina - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • bow - head;
  • salt;
  • ground pepper;
  • breadcrumbs;
  • sunflower oil.

Cooking method:

  1. Scroll the meat with onions.
  2. Break the egg into minced meat, add semolina, leave for 15 minutes to swell the cereal.
  3. Finely chop the mushrooms, fry until tender. If you use forest, then you first need to boil them (10 minutes from the moment of boiling water).
  4. Combine all ingredients, salt and add pepper.
  5. Bread the cutlets, fry until blush.

Serve with fresh vegetables or mashed potatoes.

Dietary meatballs from turkey minced meat

Make juicy turkey cutlets with the lowest calorie content. According to this recipe, it will be minimal, but the food is tasty, not fresh. You can serve cutlets to men, they are very satisfying.

Components:

  • turkey meat - 500 g;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • greens - to taste;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • salt pepper.

If there is a frying pan with a non-stick coating, then use it, then you won’t need oil, the patties are well browned and without it, they don’t “stick” to the bottom.

Stages of preparation:

  1. Boil the carrots. Peel, cut into cubes (smaller).
  2. Twist the fillet with onions.
