We offer you to cook a simple dish that will make an excellent "company" for a potato side dish.

Required Products:

  • 3 gutted carcasses hake;
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil;
  • 1 tbsp. l starch;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 onion;
  • 50 ml of milk;
  • 1 loaf of loaf;
  • spices as desired.

Hake fish cakes are prepared as follows:

  1. We put the loaf in the bowl, pour it with milk and let it go sour for several minutes.
  2. We remove the skin and fins from the fish, separate the fillet, pass it through the meat grinder along with the onion head.
  3. Add the spices, eggs, starch and squeezed loaf to the minced meat.

Required Components:

  • 450 g hake fillet;
  • 100 g crumb of white bread;
  • 100 g cream;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 80 g of cheese;
  • a pinch of salt and pepper.

We act according to the plan:

  1. Grind the fish fillet in a meat grinder. Add the crumb of white bread presoaked in cream.
  2. Enter the grated cheese, egg and spices into the resulting meat. Knead the whole mass thoroughly.
  3. We form small cutlets from it with wet hands.
  4. Add the semi-finished products to the grill of the appliance. We pour boiling water into a special bowl of the electrical appliance, put the container with the products in the multicooker. We cook the dish in the “Steam cooking” program for 30 minutes.
