Classic broccoli cutlets

Vegetable cutlets from such cabbage are very simple to prepare.

What do you need:

  • broccoli - 300 g;
  • carrots and onions - 1 pc. (small size);
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • hard cheese - a slice;
  • flour - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, pepper and oil.

How to cook a dish quickly and tasty:

  1. Boil the cabbage in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
  2. Very finely chop.
  3. Grind the remaining vegetables, combine with cabbage. Add grated cheese, egg, salt, flour and spices. Mix.
  4. Form blanks. Fry.

Spread on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

Cauliflower Diet Recipe

You can complement the dish and cauliflower.

A set of components:

  • broccoli - 250 g;
  • cauliflower - 250 g;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • bulb - a small head;
  • oat bran - 80 g;
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp;
  • flour - 20 g;
  • salt.

Sequencing:

  1. Disassemble the cabbage for inflorescences and steam for about 10 minutes, so that they become soft.
  2. Mash them with a blender or crush. Beat in an egg, salt, add bran, grated onion, lemon juice.
  3. Form blanks and roll them in flour.
  4. Put on a baking sheet and bake no more than a quarter of an hour.
