  3. Sift the flour, put soda, mix and form a slide. We make a small depression and pour in the liquid mixture. Knead the elastic dough and remove it under the film for half an hour.
  4. Sprinkle with the remaining flour the working surface and roll out a dough layer 8-10 mm thick from the dough.
  5. Cut round shapes using special molds or a glass. We put it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, and send it to the heated oven.
  6. Bake until golden brown, then cool and serve.

Dessert Composition:

  • peanuts - 400 g;
  • oil drain. - 100 g;
  • milk - 0.5 tbsp .;
  • egg - 1 pc. + yolk;
  • honey - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • sugar - 0.5 tbsp .;
  • baking powder - 1 sachet;
  • vanillin - 2 g;
  • water - 1 tsp;
  • flour - 450 g.

 

Cooking:

  1. Sugar, vanilla, milk and honey are placed in a thick-walled pan and set on fire. Boil for 1-2 minutes, cool.
  2. Beat softened butter with an egg using a mixer.
  3. Without stopping the whipping, pour in a thin stream of syrup. Knead the mass until smooth.
  4. Mix the flour with baking powder and put into a sweet mixture. Knead quickly so that the baking does not become rubber. The dough should be obedient and not stick to your hands, so if necessary, flour can be added additionally.
  5. Roll out a rectangle about 7 mm thick, cut out cakes.
  6. Mix the yolk with water and coat the tops of the treat. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts on top.
  7. We place the products on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Baked goodies can be additionally coated with sugar syrup to make them soft and shiny.

Cook with icing and sugar powder

  • milk - 100 ml;
  • salt - 1 pinch;
  • sugar - 265 g;
  • butter - 100 g;

  • vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.

How to cook:
