Advice

  • If you decide to make small biscuits, then you will need to bake them no more than 12 minutes and use a temperature less than for ordinary-sized biscuits.
  • If soda is included in the composition, then stir the dough for a long time and especially not beat it. Bubbles of carbon dioxide will instantly disappear and the biscuit will not rise.
  • You can extinguish soda with lemon juice or table vinegar.
