It does not take long to prepare and requires a minimum of ingredients. And its wonderful sweet and sour taste quenches thirst and saturates the body with vitamins.

  • water - 1.7 l;
  • a quarter of a lemon.

  4. After 5 minutes, pour sugar, and after 2 minutes add lemon slices.

We cook the compote for 15 minutes, after which we turn off the gas, cover the pan with a lid and leave it until the drink cools down.

How to brew a drink in a slow cooker?

What you need to take:

  • granulated sugar - 65 g;
  • apples - 7 pcs.;
  • water - 1 l.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Wash the apples with running water and wipe dry. We cut off the thin skin from the fruits, remove the core with seeds, and chop the flesh into small slices.
  2. We load them into the multicooker bowl, pour water and pour granulated sugar.
  3. On the panel of kitchen utensils, select the item "Extinguishing" and set the time to 30 minutes.
  4. When it expires, put the device in heating mode and wait another 30 minutes. This is necessary so that the drink is infused and incorporates the taste of apples.

After that, cool the compote and drink it cool.

Dried apple compote with dried fruits

  4. After that, throw the cinnamon stick and let the drink brew and cool.

Cooking with the addition of tangerines or oranges

This recipe is for those who do not like sweet drinks, but prefer that sourness is present in the compote.

  • ground ginger - 2 g;
  • water - 2 l;
  • fresh apples - 0.3 kg;
  • oranges - 0.33 kg.

How to make compote from apples and oranges:

  1. Whole apples with my water, divide each of them in half and cut out the central part with seeds.
  2. Remove the current skin from apple slices, and cut the flesh into slices.
  3. We remove the peel and white veins from the oranges, cut the juicy flesh arbitrarily.
  4. We wait until the water in the pan boils, pour sugar and leave the liquid to simmer for another 3 minutes.
  5. We load pieces of vegetables in boiling water, wait for boiling and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. After this time, we fill in chopped ginger, mix everything and turn off the stove. Leave the compote to infuse for 40 minutes.

Cool the drink in the refrigerator. Now you can enjoy its great taste, in which there is a pleasant sourness.

Compote of apples and pears in a slow cooker

What you need to take:

  • sugar - 160 g;
  • apple - 4 pcs.;
  • purified water - 2 l;

  2. Immerse them in a pot of water and set to cook.
  3. As soon as the future compote boils, add sugar and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. After this, pour lemon juice and fall asleep washed berries. It can be currants, cherries or raspberries.
  5. We brew our vitamin cocktail for another 10 minutes and leave it to insist under the lid for another quarter hour.

After this time, cool the drink and filter through cheesecloth or colander. Now you can serve the compote to the table.

Required Products:

  • water - 2 l;
  • three apples;
  • granulated sugar - 90 g;
  • Cranberries - 100 g.

  1. Boil a kettle with water in advance.

  5. We spread the fruits and berries at the bottom of the pan, pour boiling water and put the dishes on a gas stove.
  6. As soon as the contents of the container begins to boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for 25 minutes.

We cool the drink and serve it to the table. We will not give thirst the slightest chance!

With tangerines and apples

Instead of oranges in compote, you can use tangerines, which have a milder and more delicate taste.

You will need:

  • sugar - 50 g;
  • apples - 0.6 kg;
  • purified water - 3 l;
  • tangerines - 0.15 kg (net weight of pulp).

Cook stewed tangerines and apples:

  1. We put a pot of water on the gas and wait for it to boil.
  2. Remove the crust from the tangerines, and divide the flesh into slices with our hands.
  3. Each cut, in turn, in half. If the fruits have seeds, then we remove them.
  4. We remove the hard core and seeds from the washed apples, cut the fruits arbitrarily into pieces.
  5. Throw the prepared tangerines and apples into boiling water.
  6. As soon as the mixture boils again, add granulated sugar and cook for another 10 minutes.
