Almost all in childhood, one of the types of sweets was chocolate sausage. In Soviet times, confectionery was rare and very expensive. Therefore, the hostesses found a way out of the situation, inventing sweet delights “from nothing”. And chocolate sausage with cookies is no exception - it is prepared very quickly, and as a result we get a delicious dessert for tea drinking.

Sweet cookie sausage - classic recipe

According to the classic recipe for this dessert product you will need a very small and cheap set of products. It takes no more than fifteen minutes to prepare.

Products for making chocolate treats:

  • 400 g cookies
  • 100 g soft butter
  • 3 tbsp cocoa Nesquik or its analogues
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup sugar

Cooking process:

  1. In one container, combine milk, sugar and cocoa. The capacity is best to take enameled.
  2. Heat the contents of the container on the stove by adding oil. The butter should melt. Stir the workpiece periodically to make it homogeneous. Remove after boiling.

How to cook:

The length and thickness of the chocolate sausage does not have standards - each forms the product as it suits it. You can also experiment with the shape - round, square or ringlet.

With condensed milk and nuts

Nuts go well with chocolate. We suggest using real chocolate instead of cocoa in this recipe and adding walnuts.

Ingredients:

  • 400-600 gr shortbread cookies
  • 150 g sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 300 g walnuts or roasted peanuts
  • 1-2 tiles of dark chocolate (if you want a very chocolate sausage, take more, and vice versa)
  • 200 g butter.

Dessert preparation:

  1. Sugar is better to take small to dissolve quickly. Add it to milk and set on fire. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. After turn off.
  2. Smash chocolate bars and pour into milk. Cover the container and leave. Chocolate should completely dissolve in a hot liquid.
  3. If walnuts will be used, they can be slightly chopped, but large pieces should remain - they will imitate pieces of bacon from real sausage.
  4. Grind the cookies thoroughly, add the butter in it and knead thoroughly with a fork until smooth. After adding the chocolate and milk mixture and nuts, mix once more and roll into sausages.

If desired, before serving, chocolate sausage from cookies is crushed in icing sugar, and then cut into small slices. Powdered sugar can be bought ready-made or made using a coffee grinder from regular sugar.

  • 2 tbsp cognac or liquor
  • 200 gr walnut kernels
  • 200 gr prunes
  • 1 large banana.

Step by step dessert preparation:

  1. Peel a banana, cut its fruit and prune into rather large parts so that the fruits are visible in the section of the finished sausage.
  2. Lightly smash cookies, sprinkle with cognac or liquor, combine with nuts, prunes and spices.
  3. Sugar is mixed with cocoa.
  4. The soft butter is whipped with a cocoa-sugar mixture, salt is added and, if desired, vanilla.
  5. Mix cookies, sliced ​​banana and whipped cream.
  6. The mixture can be placed in a silicone or sliding cake baking dish to make a cake, or form sausages. For quick solidification, the dish is placed in the freezer.

The finished product can be decorated with candied fruits, jelly figs, powdered sugar.The convenience of making dessert - there is no need for baking, the process is quick and easy.

Creamy cookie sausage with condensed milk

To cook a dessert according to this recipe, you do not even need to use a stove, which makes the process even easier and faster.

Ingredients for Creamy Sausages:

  • 200 g soft butter
  • 1 can of sugar condensed milk
  • 1-2 sachets of vanilla

Making a dessert is very simple: a slightly broken cookie is combined with soft butter, condensed milk and vanilla. The components are kneaded with a fork, then an oblong sausage is formed from the mass and wrapped in foil. For solidification, it is placed in the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours, if needed faster - a freezer is used.
