  • high-quality pasty cream cheese in trays - 50 grams (whole, with top, tablespoon);
  • powdered sugar - ½ teaspoon;
  • salt is a pinch.

We brew a strong drink. Pour coffee, salt into a cezve, pour water, put on the fire of the least strength. We are waiting for the foamy hat to appear.

Immediately remove the Turk and let the foam settle. Repeat the process twice.
