Classic recipe

If you still do not know the name of coffee with ice cream, then write down this tasty, sonorous word - glasse. This is a fabulous combination that you want to enjoy every day. Such a drink is prepared with whipped cream, cinnamon, chocolate and even alcohol. According to tradition, it is served in tall glasses with a straw.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp ground grains;
  • 150 ml of water;
  • ice cream.

 

Cooking method:

  1. Making a classic drink is quite simple. To do this, you first need to brew an espresso in a Turk or coffee machine.
  2. The prepared coffee needs to be slightly cooled, 10 degrees, then pour into a glass and put on top an ice cream at a rate of 1: 4, that is, the volume of ice cream is ¼ of the volume of coffee.

White glasse at home

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp natural coffee;
  • 150 ml of water;
  • 150 ml of milk;

  • grated chocolate or cocoa.

 

Cooking method:

  1. Let's start the preparation of the glass by the fact that in a Turk (coffee machine) we brew espresso. For flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon.
  2. Cool strong coffee prepared right in the Turk, then filter from the thick and pour into a tall glass.
  3. Mix the chilled drink with cold milk in a ratio of 1: 1. On top, lay out three balls of ice cream (ice cream or creme brulee). It is important that the ice cream is of high quality, without the addition of palm fat.
  4. We decorate the glass with grated chocolate or cocoa, serve with a cocktail tube or a special spoon.

How to make with syrup

You can make original, refined and aromatic coffee with ice cream with the addition of syrup. Of course, the recipe allows the use of a ready-made product, but it is better to cook it yourself from fresh berries. For our drink, take garden and forest strawberries.

Ingredients:

  • 140 g of strawberries;
  • 15 g of ground black coffee;
  • ice cream;
  • 30 g of powdered sugar;
  • 250 ml of water;
  • white sugar.

Cooking method:

  1. Grind the prepared berries with an ordinary wooden spoon or through a sieve.
  2. In the berry puree add sugar and powder, mix, put on fire and cook until thickened. Cool the resulting syrup.
  3. In Turk, we brew strong coffee, pour it into a tall glass and add a little sugar.
