An unexpected combination of honey and garlic, which are added to coffee, allows you to prepare a very original aromatic drink. The main thing is to take fresh, not granulated garlic cloves.

Ingredients:

  • purified drinking water - for 1 standard cup;
  • natural ground coffee - 1 small. a spoon;
  • bee / flower honey - 1/3 small. spoons;
  • garlic - 1 thin plate;
  • granulated sugar - 1.5 mal. spoons.

Cooking:

  1. To make coffee according to this recipe, the first thing to do is pour the ground product into the Turk and lay a plate of fresh garlic on top. The "petal" must be cut off from a sufficiently large lobule - about 2 cm in length.
  2. Pour the contents of the container with hot water. The liquid must first be brought to a boil and slightly cooled (literally a couple of degrees).
  3. Prepare a drink according to the Turkish coffee principle. It must be brought to boiling three times and removed from the stove.
  4. Ready coffee together with ground to send in a ceramic cup.
  5. Add bee / flower honey and completely dissolve it while stirring.
  6. Pour granulated sugar last.

  • ground black coffee - 2 small. spoons;
  • whipped sweet cream - 1 mal. a spoon;
  • filtered water - 300 ml.

Cooking:

  1. For this recipe, it is better to grind cinnamon just before making coffee. Then the additive will be especially aromatic.
  2. Send the liquid to any suitable container and bring to a boil.
  3. Immediately pour it into the Turku with dry ground black coffee.
  4. Put special dishes with all contents on the stove. Wait until the foam rises three times on the fire a little less than average. Each time at this moment, you should remove the Turk for a few seconds from the burner.
  5. Lightly cool the resulting drink.
  6. Add honey to warm coffee. Stir until completely dissolved.
  7. Pour coffee into a glass dish. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
