It is believed that he appeared in Austria. Local bartenders even tell the story of how one day a young guy ran into a small cafe. He was late for a very important meeting, but he wanted to have a cup of coffee first. At hand, an employee of the institution did not have milk. He, wanting to help out a young coffee lover, replaced the usual ingredient with creamy ice cream.

  • milk - 120 ml;

  • granulated sugar to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Brew strong coffee. Strain it in any convenient way.
  2. Cool slightly. Dilute the drink with milk (in equal proportions). You need to take fresh whole milk product. It is desirable - high fat content. Great if you can use homemade milk.
  3. Pour the mixture into a clean glass beaker. Add granulated sugar to taste.
  4. In each portion, send a ball of ice cream.

With egg yolks

Ingredients:

  • ground coffee beans - 220 g;
  • granulated sugar - 1 full glass;
  • very fresh chicken eggs - 10 pcs.;
  • purified drinking water - 2 l;
  • ice cream - half a kilo;
  • vanilla and grated chocolate to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Brew from coffee beans in any convenient way. Strain the resulting drink thoroughly.
  2. Eggs (raw!) Divided into components. Further exclusively yolks will be used. They need to be whipped until lush foam, gradually pouring sugar in the process.

  1. Brew a drink in advance. Strain from it thick and cool.
  2. At the bottom of the prepared glasses, send in a portion of creamy well-chilled ice cream.
  3. Pour chocolate flavored syrup on top with a thin stream.
