A delicious club sandwich with a variety of fillings is a great option for a hearty snack for any occasion. It can be served for breakfast, take with you on a picnic, to work or on a long trip. Simple recipes for such a dish allow you to easily and quickly cook it at home yourself.

Classic ham and cheese club sandwich

The classic variation of the discussed treats involves the use of a combination of cheese and ham in the filling. The latter can be taken both chicken and pork. Cheese is convenient to use specially designed for sandwiches - already cut into thin plastics.

Ingredients:

  • sandwich bread - 6 slices;
  • bacon - 4 strips;
  • any ham - 4 pieces;
  • pickled / pickled cucumber - 1 pc.;
  • tomato - 1 pc.;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • cheese - 2 plates;
  • lettuce leaves and sauce.

Cooking:

  1. To make delicious ham and cheese sandwiches, the first thing to do is send the bread to the toaster and lightly brown it on all sides. An ordinary frying pan without oil will also cope with this task.
  2. Separately, fry the eggs in a dry frying pan so that the yolk remains intact and slightly liquid. Brown the strips of bacon. They should become crispy.
  3. Toasts on the sides where the filling will be located, spread with the chosen sauce. Even ordinary mayonnaise is suitable for this purpose.
  4. Cut the tomato and pickled / pickled cucumber into thin slices.
  5. Divide the bread into 3 slices. As a result, we get two "two-story" sandwiches.
  6. On the first slice soaked in sauce, send a salad leaf and a few tomato slices. Add 2 strips of bacon. Cover the filling with bread.
  7. On the second piece, arrange the rings of cucumbers, 2 pieces of ham and 1 fried egg. Close everything with cheese and a third slice of bread. Repeat with the second portion.

Serve the treat immediately until the bread is soft.

An option for every taste with bacon and tomato

Slices of bacon for such a dish should be tried to take as much “meat” as possible with a small splash of bacon. Otherwise, the sandwiches may turn out to be too fatty in taste.

Ingredients:

  • toast bread - 3 slices;
  • bacon - 3 slices;
  • butter - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • smoked chicken breast - 2 large pieces;
  • lettuce - a small bunch;
  • tomato - 1 large.

Cooking:

  1. First you need to dry the white bread in any convenient way until a delicious golden crust appears. This can be done, for example, in the oven. But it’s most convenient to use a toaster.
  2. Soften butter.
  3. Send the bacon into a skillet and fry it so that the pieces become crispy.
  4. Salad divided into separate leaves. Chop the tomato with thick plates.
  5. Cover still warm bread slices with softened butter. You can take not ordinary, but garlic or mixed with chopped fresh herbs.
  6. Lay the salad leaf on the first oiled piece of bread. Lay out the tomato plates on top.
  7. Cover the tomato with a large piece of smoked chicken. If desired, this "floor" can also be sprinkled with salt and any spices.
  8. Lay the second slice of bread and gently squeeze it.
  9. Cover the base again with a salad leaf. Add the fried slices of bacon and again - chicken, tomato slices.
  10. Close everything with the remaining bread. If desired, in addition to butter, you can also use mayonnaise or any other sauce.

Cut the finished sandwich with chicken and bacon into two parts. If desired, fix the pieces with toothpicks so that the filling does not fall out of them.

With Chicken Breast

Chicken breast is one of the most frequent guests of club sandwiches. It is most delicious to use it after grilling.

 

Ingredients:

  • toast bread - 6 slices;
  • tomato - 1 pc.;
  • red onion - a small head;
  • mayonnaise and sweet / spicy mustard - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • lettuce - 2 pcs.;
  • ham and cheese - 30-40 g each;
  • chicken fillet - 1 pc.

Cooking:

  1. To make the sauce you just need to combine mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl. You can add any favorite spices to the resulting composition.
  2. Brown the bread slices in a grill pan or in a toaster. Each of the necessary sides to smear the resulting sauce. Three bread slices will be used to make one sandwich. Therefore, the average should be covered with sauce on both sides at once.
  3. Divide the fillet into 4 slices, add salt, sprinkle with spices to taste and cook in a skillet grill. Cut the onion into rings, the tomato into slices.
  4. For the first piece, send the lettuce leaf. Cover it with two slices of fried breast.
  5. Place a few rings of sweet red onion on top.
  6. Add a little sauce and close the first "floor" with a new piece of bread, coated on both sides with mustard and mayonnaise.
  7. Lay a slice of ham and tomato slices on top. Repeat the sauce and add cheese.
  8. Close the sandwich with a third slice of bread. Secure the filling with skewers. Repeat all actions with the second sandwich. Each cut in half diagonally.

Serve such a club chicken sandwich with french fries and various sauces.

Delicious Tuna Sandwich

For such a closed tuna sandwich, canned fish is used.

Ingredients:

  • bread - 9 slices;
  • canned tuna - 180-200 g;
  • boiled eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • fresh cucumber - 1 pc.;
  • lemon - 1 pc.;
  • cashews - 20-30 g;
  • salt, sweet pepper and garlic.

Cooking:

  1. For the sauce, combine in a small bowl the juice and lemon zest. Add all dry ingredients, crushed garlic to taste and chopped nuts. Mix everything.
  2. Cut the boiled eggs into cubes, add the mashed fish with a fork. Season with sauce and mix well.
  3. Brown the bread in the toaster.
  4. Cover the first slice with fresh cucumber plates and filling. Place another slice of bread and filling on top. Close everything with the remaining rosy piece.Repeat with remaining products. Secure structures with toothpicks.

Immediately serve the finished club-sandwich to the table. According to the same recipe, you can also prepare a variant of a closed sandwich with salted salmon. Then the fish without skin and bones is cut into small pieces and added to the filling instead of tuna.

A popular chef prepared this tasty treat in one of the editions of the culinary program “My-your food”.

Ingredients:

  • sandwich bread - 3 slices;
  • mayonnaise - 40 g;
  • Dijon mustard - 25-30 g;
  • tomato - 1 large;
  • iceberg salad - a few leaves;
  • raw eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • bacon - 180-200 g;
  • sliced ​​cheese - 80-100 g;
  • chicken breast - 120-150 g;
  • oil, salt, spices.

Cooking:

  1. Brown the bread in any convenient way.
  2. Coarsely chop the salad, cut the tomato into slices.
  3. Cut the breast into slices, salt, sprinkle with spices and fry until tender. Cook the bacon in a grill pan until the pieces are crispy.
  4. Prepare fried eggs with a liquid yolk.
  5. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, salt and mustard.
  6. Cover the bread slices with the mixture from the previous step. On the first put the salad, slices of tomato and breast. Close with a second slice of bread.
  7. On the next "floor" lay bacon, cheese, and fried eggs. Close everything with a third piece of bread.

Ready club sandwich immediately serve.

Regardless of the recipe chosen, such an appetizer should be eaten shortly after cooking. Otherwise, the bread will get very wet from the sauce.
