  • sugar - 1 cup;
  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • sour cream (can be replaced with kefir) –1 cup;
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • salt - 1 pinch.

We beat the eggs into the bowl and then pour the sugar. Beat all this until a fluffy foam is formed with a whisk or mixer. Next, add sour cream, baking powder and flour. After each ingredient, the mixture is thoroughly mixed. The dough should be of medium density, approximately the same as for pancakes.

Divide the dough into two equal parts: set aside one, and mix the second with a tablespoon of cocoa. At will, its amount can be slightly increased. Lubricate the mold with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Start pouring both parts of the dough in turn with a coffee cup. It should be distributed in layers. In a slow cooker

A cupcake on sour cream in a slow cooker is an excellent option for those who have this wonderful kitchen device, which greatly simplifies cooking.

What is needed:

  • flour - 1 cup;
  • sugar - 1 cup;
  • sour cream - 200 g;
  • chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • drain. oil - 20 g;
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • vanillin - 1 tsp.

Eggs are beaten together with sugar until a light shade is formed. Baking powder is added to sour cream (you can replace it with soda, you do not need to extinguish it) and vanilla. Spread the sour cream in the egg portion and mix constantly. Next comes melted butter. It should not be hot. Then pour the sifted flour in advance. There should not be any unnecessary impurities in it, otherwise the dessert will be irrevocably damaged.

Mix the dough thoroughly, there should be no lumps in it. Carefully follow this point and bring the mass to a homogeneous state. At the next step, the dough can either be poured into small portioned tins, or you can make a whole big cake by moving the dough into a round or rectangular baking dish. Cooking time will take from 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the capacity of your oven.

Raisin Option

What is needed:

  • flour - 1 cup;
  • sugar - 2/3 cup;
  • sour cream - 1 glass;
  • drain. oil - 100 g;
  • raisins - 50 g;
  • soda - 1 teaspoon;
  • vanillin - 1 teaspoon;
  • sah. powder;
  • salt - 1 pinch.

Melt the butter in any way. Do not forget to leave a part for greasing the baking dish. Raisins are carefully selected, transferred to a bowl and poured with boiling water for 15 minutes. This is necessary in order for it to swell. After that, rinse it with water and pat it dry with a paper towel or napkin to remove excess moisture.

Beat eggs and sugar until lush foam is light yellow in color.Also visually monitor for sugar crystals to completely melt. Add sour cream, cooled oil, a pinch of salt and vanillin. Mix thoroughly. Cooking a cupcake in the microwave does not take much time.

What is needed:

  • chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • sugar - ½ cup;
  • rast. oil - 6 tbsp. spoons;
  • sour cream - 1 glass;
  • flour - 1 cup;
  • cocoa powder –2 tbsp. spoons;
  • soda - 1 pinch.

We break the eggs and mix them with a whisk or a mixer at medium speed. Then add sour cream, soda and oil to the mixture. You do not need to extinguish soda, since sour cream is already a fermented milk product and there will be no sense in this action. Quite the contrary.

Portion the flour into the mixture and mix thoroughly after each time, distributing it in the dough. Finally, pour the cocoa and also stir until the mass acquires a uniform brown color. We spread the dough in a greased form. Prefer silicone, ceramic or plastic dishes. Never use metal! The cake is cooked in a microwave, turned on at full power, 7-10 minutes.
