A tasty and nutritious dish is potato soup with meatballs, which is prepared easily and simply. And it can be cooked in various variations.

Simple potato soup with meatballs

In this section, we consider a classic recipe for a first course.

We prepare from the following components:

  • 0.3 kg of minced pork;
  • 0.3 kg of potatoes;
  • 0.1 kg of carrots;
  • 0.15 kg of onions;
  • 1 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil;
  • 1 tsp seasonings for soup;
  • 1 bay leaf;
  • 12 g of salt.

We follow the plan:

  1. We peel the potatoes, wash them, cut into bars and put in a two-liter pan, which we put on the fire. Cook for 20 minutes.
  2. Peeled carrots and onions with shredders. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil until tender.
  3. Stuffing the minced meat, seasonings can be added if desired, we drive in the egg. Knead the meat mixture, wet our hands in water and form balls.
  4. After cooking potatoes, we throw the meatballs into the pan. Let the contents of the container boil.
  5. Lay the frying of carrots and onions. Add salt, seasoning, lavrushka. Cook for another 12-15 minutes.

At the end of the preparation of the first dish, remove the bay leaf.

With the addition of cheese and crackers

To diversify the daily menu, we offer to cook an original soup that will enchant your household with its taste.

Must have at hand:

  • 350 g of any minced meat;
  • 400 g of potatoes;
  • 120 g carrots;
  • 220 g onions;
  • 1 egg
  • 90 g of cream cheese;
  • 1 pack of wheat crackers;
  • spices to your taste.

We start to cook:

  1. We spread the meat product in a bowl, add half the chopped onion, the egg. We introduce the necessary spices, mix the mass. From the resulting mixture, we form meatballs.
  2. We clean the vegetables, wash under running water, cut the potatoes into small cubes, and cut the onions with carrots into strips.
  3. Boil water in a saucepan.We put potatoes in the seething liquid, reduce the fire, cook for 15 minutes, then add the carrots with onions. Cook for another 15 minutes.
  4. After the time has passed, we introduce meatballs into the pan, add spices and grated cheese. Cook after surfacing balls for another 10 minutes.

Just before serving, add crackers to the first dish.

Option for fasting

Low-calorie, but at the same time tasty and healthy soup can be prepared in 40 minutes from the following components:

  • 0.2 kg of potatoes;
  • 0.1 kg of carrots;
  • 0.5 tbsp. semolina;
  • 0.5 tbsp. wheat flour;
  • 1.5 tbsp. water;
  • ½ bunch of dill;
  • spice optional.

 

Step by step recipe:

  1. Peel potatoes with carrots, rinse, cut into segments and set to simmer until tender.
  2. Cooking meatballs lean. To do this, boil water, pour semolina into boiling water, cook “porridge” until cooked. Then let the contents of the pan cool and mix with the sifted flour. We add the mass, knead and form balls.
  3. 7 minutes before the soup is ready, add lean meatballs.

We cook the cooked first dish with chopped herbs and serve.

Quick recipe with millet

Soup with meatballs and potatoes with the addition of cereals will be an excellent Sunday lunch.

We prepare a dish of the components:

  • 300 g of turkey minced meat;
  • 4 tbsp. l millet;
  • 300 g of potato tubers;
  • 200 g of onions;
  • 100 g carrots;
  • 2 tbsp. l odorless oils;
  • 2 pcs. bay leaf;
  • 1 eggs
  • 5 g black pepper;
  • salt to taste.

We cook according to the principle:

  1. We boil 2.5 liters of water, put the diced potatoes into the bubbling liquid. Cook for 12 minutes with bay leaves.
  2. Shred the onions with carrots, passer in vegetable oil.
  3. Add the egg and spices to the minced meat, knead. From the meat mixture we form meatballs the size of a walnut.
  4. When the water with potatoes in a pan boils, pour in the workpiece, cook for 20 minutes.
  5. After adding washed millet, frying vegetables and spices, cook for 7-10 minutes.

This first dish is perfect for both baby food and an adult menu.

Pumpkin Soup with Chicken Meatballs

Mashed potato soup with tender meatballs will be an excellent variety in everyday nutrition.

We prepare from the components:

  • 0.3 kg of minced chicken;
  • 0.2 kg of pumpkin;
  • 0.3 kg of potatoes;
  • 0.1 kg of carrots;
  • 2 tbsp. l semolina;
  • ½ tsp black pepper;
  • 0.15 kg of onions;
  • 1 eggs
  • 20 g butter;
  • ½ tsp nutmeg;
  • 1 tbsp. l sesame seeds;
  • a pinch of salt.

We follow step by step:

  1. We clean the vegetables, wash under cold water, cut into small pieces. We transfer them to the pan and boil until cooked.
  2. When the vegetables are cooked, put them in a capacious plate, add the butter, and grind with a submersible blender. Add salt, pour in nutmeg, knead.
  3. Drive an egg into the minced meat, introduce seasonings, semolina. Knead the chicken mass, make balls out of it, which we throw into boiling water (you can cook on a previously prepared broth from vegetables). Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Then we introduce vegetable puree to meatballs, fill in the required seasonings, cook for another 7 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds.

Potato soup with meatballs can be prepared in many ways. The main thing is to include culinary imagination and create your own unique masterpieces.
