Mashed potatoes in a slow cooker turn out to be as tasty as on the stove, but it is made a little easier.

Required Products:

  • salt to taste;
  • one and a half kilogram of potatoes;
  • 0.1 kg of butter;
  • 0.25 liters of milk.

Cooking process:

  1. Free the necessary amount of potatoes from the skin, cut into pieces so that they are not too small. Place in the bowl of the crock-pot and cover with water, it should be one centimeter above the contents, pour in salt.
  2. Turn on the “Soup” mode for 25 minutes, then remove the remaining liquid, remember the potatoes in any convenient way, pour in hot milk and butter, mix until smooth with a fork.

Advice! To avoid damaging the surface of the bowl, transfer the tubers to another container.

Mashed potatoes with egg and milk

Do you want not only a delicious, but also an airy dish? Then use this option.

  • one egg;
  • 150 ml of milk;

Necessary components:

  • 0.3 kg of mushrooms;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • kilogram of potatoes;
  • 4 tablespoons butter;
  • 0.2 liters of milk;
  • seasonings.

Cooking in order:

  1. Grind the mushrooms into pieces, send to the pan, fry for several minutes, then add the chopped garlic and keep it on fire for another five minutes.

With mustard
