  • honey - 100 g;

  • 12 olives;
  • 50 g of green onions;
  • greens for decoration;
  • garlic pre-dried;
  • black pepper;
  • salt.

How to make a delicious salad of caramelized onions?

  1. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees.
  2. We clean the bulbs, but do not cut off their upper layer.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan, then pour the sugar into the resulting substance, spreading the shallots on top of a homogeneous mass.
  4. Within 5 minutes of exposure of the onion to the fire, stir constantly.

  3. Tomatoes are placed in warm water and keep them for 15 minutes.
  4. After all the ingredients have been prepared, you need to finely chop the potatoes and tomatoes, and cut the olives in half.
  5. Next, mix all the foods in a deep bowl, add spices and mix.
