Cabbage cooked in different ways in a slow cooker is an inexpensive hearty meal for dinner. It is especially tasty when meat ingredients are added. For example, pork, chicken, sausages.

Braised Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • cabbage - kilo;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • carrot - 2 pcs.;
  • tomato paste - 2 dessert spoons;
  • spices, salt.

Cooking:

  1. Grind vegetables except cabbage. Fry in a baking program until lightly browned.
  2. Pour chopped cabbage on top.
  3. Pour 2 tbsp. water with pasta. Add salt and spices.
  4. Stew mass for 40 - 45 minutes.

Optionally, for the aroma, you can add lavrushka, mashed garlic and other similar components to it.

Serve with boiled fresh potatoes.

How to cook with meat

Ingredients:

  • cabbage - 1.2 kilos;
  • pork - half a kilo;
  • carrot - 80 - 100 g;
  • onions - 80 - 100 g;
  • sugar - 2 pinches;
  • tomato paste - 2 dessert spoons;
  • salt.

Cooking:

  1. Finely chop all the vegetables at once. Add salt. Hand knead thoroughly.
  2. Add sugar.
  3. First cook the vegetables in baking mode for 20 - 25 minutes. Approximately 10 minutes after the start of the program, add meat slices to them.
  4. Then put the device into fire mode for another half hour. At this point, salt the foods and add the tomato paste.

Serve the stewed cabbage with meat and fresh soft bread.

With chicken

Ingredients:

  • young cabbage - 700 - 750 g;
  • onion - 2 heads;
  • chicken fillet - 370 - 400 g;
  • carrot - 2 pcs.;
  • tomato juice - 1/3 tbsp .;
  • Lavrushka and spice mix for chicken with salt.

Cooking:

  1. Fry meat slices in a suitable mode until color changes. You can immediately sprinkle a mixture of spices on them. The meat should not be fried and with a crust.
  2. After whitening chicken, add to it all chopped vegetables, except cabbage. Shred them need to be as thin as possible.

Ingredients:

  • cabbage - 850 - 900 g;
  • onions - 230 - 250 g;
  • bell pepper - 1 - 2 pods;
  • tomato paste - 1/3 st .;
  • carrot - 230 - 250 g;
  • sausages - a pound;
  • salt, caraway seeds (ground).

Cooking:

  1. First, in the bowl of the kitchen "assistant", brown small onion cubes. Any oil is suitable for this purpose - you can take both vegetable and cream.

  4. Mix everything, add water and simmer for 15 - 17 minutes.

The dish will turn out to be especially tasty if at the very end of cooking pour it with a large amount of chopped assorted fresh herbs. At this stage, you can add small pieces of garlic. Then you should leave the dish to infuse in the heating mode for 7 - 8 minutes. Serve without a side dish.

With potato

Stewed vegetables according to this recipe are surprisingly juicy, tasty, satisfying. If there was no meat in the stock, then without it you will get a hearty full meal from the listed products.

Ingredients:

  • cabbage - a pound;
  • potatoes - 6 - 7 pcs.;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • carrot - 1 pc.;
  • tomato sauce - 4 dessert spoons;
  • water - 1 full glass;
  • salt, lavrushka.

Cooking:

  1. The first to send a finely chopped cabbage into the bowl of the kitchen assistant and cook it in frying mode for 6-7 minutes.
  2. Add randomly chopped onions and carrots. Leave the ingredients in the same mode for 4 to 6 minutes.
  3. Pour in all the water mixed with the sauce.
  4. Add salt, parsley and cubes of raw potatoes.

Ingredients:

  • sauerkraut - kilo;
  • onions - 420 - 450 g;
  • water - ½ tbsp .;
  • salt, greens.

Cooking:

  1. To deliciously stew cabbage according to this recipe, you will need to use a large amount of onion. It must be thoroughly cleaned, and then chopped into pieces of any shape.
  2. On a large amount of any oil (best of all, ordinary sunflower), fry the onions until soft. If there is no frying function in the device, the baking mode is suitable.
  3. Pour cabbage into a soft vegetable.If it is very acidic, first you need to rinse the product, and when stewing, pour a little sugar in the bowl.
  4. Add water and salt. Suitable for this treat and any mixture of peppers.
  5. Stew the mass for about an hour.

If there is no such program in the device, “Baking” is also suitable. But then the cooking time is reduced to 40 minutes, and the vegetables will need to be mixed periodically.
