  • 900 gr. cabbage;
  • 200 gr. carrots;
  • large onion;
  • a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste;
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar;

  1. Cut the cabbage into thin strips.
  2. Coarsely rub the carrots.
  3. Cut the onion into medium-sized cubes.
  4. Pour oil into the container and select the "Frying" mode. If there is no such mode, then you can select the "Baking" mode.

  1. Defrost the minced meat and move it into the multicooker, after adding the oil.
  2. Fry in the "Frying" or "Baking" for 5 minutes.
  3. Grate the carrots in large pieces.
  4. Onion cut into half rings.
  5. Put in minced meat, mix and fry for a couple of minutes.
  6. Chop the cabbage with a long straw and send to all the ingredients in the bowl.
