Marinade is cooked in a saucepan or saucepan. To do this, boil water, then fill in all seasonings with salt and sugar, pour oil and vinegar and pour it hot into cans, which we then close and wrap it with a prepared blanket. When they have completely cooled, we remove them in the cold.

  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • head of cabbage;
  • carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • beets - 1 pc.;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • salt - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • seasoning for Korean carrots - 1 tsp;
  • garlic - 5 cloves;
  • water - 2 glasses;
  • vinegar (9%) - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • refined oil - ½ cup.

We rinse the cabbage under the tap, let the liquid drain and shred the large straws. Thoroughly wash the beets with carrots, peel off the peel and, using the grater to prepare the salad in Korean, we rub. Finely chop the garlic.   • garlic;
  • beet;
  • chilli;
  • peppercorns;
  • salt.

The amount of ingredients is not indicated, which is difficult to guess with the weight of the forks. You can do the calculation yourself at will.

We prepare a large container, in which we first lay out the cabbage, cut together in large pieces with a stump. Then cover with slices of red vegetable, sprinkle with slices of garlic and hot pepper. When everything is ready, cook the brine.

We add salts at the rate of 2 tbsp. l per liter of water. We boil together with peas of pepper and immediately pour into a container. Vegetables should be fully covered. Cover and lay down the load. Not everyone likes cabbage, sliced ​​with a stalk. Let's consider another option.
