  • 70 g of granulated sugar;
  • 25 g of salt;
  • 70 ml of vinegar;
  • 3 bay leaves;
  • 3 peas of allspice and black pepper.

Working process:

  1. Rinse, peel and chop vegetables: cabbage - 3 cm squares, beets - thin semicircles, carrots and peppers - thin circles and rings, garlic - each clove in half lengthwise.
