  • 90–170 g of sugar;
  • 95 ml of vinegar;
  • 95 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 45 g of salt.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Chop cabbage leaves and orange root vegetables into thin strips. Chop the burning vegetable in small pieces. Combine these crushed products in an enameled or glass container, stir. To get a crispy snack, you need to give priority to heads of cabbage with dense and elastic leaves.
  2. Boil water and mix all the ingredients of the marinade in a boil. After this, pour the boiled dressing to cabbage, close and forget about the preparation for a day, leaving it at room temperature. Further safety of the snack will be provided only by the refrigerator.

  • 180 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 3-4 bay leaves;

How to prepare cabbage leaves with beets:

  1. Chop the leaves of cabbage in squares, grind the root vegetables with a special “Korean” grater or use a knife to turn them into thin buns. Dissolve garlic cloves into thin plates.
  2. Toss salt with sugar into the water, add spices and wait for it to boil. Then introduce the oil with vinegar and cool the mixture.
  3. Carefully mix cabbage and root vegetables and tamp in pre-washed bottles.
  4. Pour the marinade over the almost finished snack, cork and leave the light without access just somewhere in the kitchen. After 3-5 days, it will be possible to take a sample from cabbage.

With bell pepper

Almost a vitamin salad from a can is this pickled cabbage with bell pepper. It is being prepared quite soon, and a simple set of ingredients allows you to cook this appetizer at least all year round.

The list of necessary products for a couple of kilograms of cabbage:

  • a pound of sweet pepper pods;
  • for the same amount of onions and carrots;
  • 200 ml of oil;
  • 155 ml of vinegar;
  • 100 g of granulated sugar;
  • 60 g of salt.

Cooking sequence:

  1. Mix finely chopped cabbage literally with a teaspoon of salt and knead thoroughly with your hands to let the juice flow.
  2. Prepare the remaining vegetables and grind them: pepper - straws, onions - half rings, carrots - straws or in large chips with a grater.
  3. Combine all vegetables in a suitable bowl. Add oil, vinegar, sugar and the remaining salt to the vegetable mixture. Mix everything very carefully.
  4. Fill the prepared container with the vegetable mixture, close the lid and put in the refrigerator. After three days, the snack will be ready for use.

Option in banks for the winter with aspirin

Aspirin is not the most popular ingredient in pickled cabbage recipes, but it acts as an excellent preservative to help preserve the freshness of the workpiece throughout the winter.

In this option, two kilograms of cabbage should be prepared:

  • a pound of carrots;
  • 100-120 g of salt;
  • 120 g of granulated sugar;
  • 6 tablets of aspirin;
  • peppercorns;
  • bay leaf and other spices to taste.

Winter marinating sequence with aspirin:

  1. Cabbage and orange root should be preliminarily prepared: wash, carrot and peel, and remove the top coarse and damaged leaves from the cabbage.Then chop the vegetables in the usual way with a knife and a coarse grater.
  2. In a suitable displacement pot, combine chopped cabbage, carrots, salt and sugar. Mix well and knead.
  3. Take a clean and dry three-liter bottle and fill it with 1/3 of prepared cabbage.
  4. Then we put a tablet of aspirin and spices to taste (bay leaf and pepper). Make 2 more cabbage layers, separating them with an aspirin tablet and spices.
  5. Pour boiled water to the top of the tank with boiling water, wait five minutes and, if necessary, add boiling water to the very neck. Roll up the lid and leave the jar to cool, turning it upside down.

For recipes with aspirin, you can not use instant drugs such as "Aspirin Upsa".

Acetylsalicylic acid acts as a preservative, and there is no need for additional substances in effervescent tablets, so you should buy regular aspirin.

  • 4 peas of allspice;
  • 5 peas of black pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the cabbage together with the stalk into four parts and boil in a sufficient amount of boiling water for 10 minutes. Then quickly cool in ice water, changing it several times as it warms up.
  2. Chop the garlic, carrots, pepper and put together with boiled cabbage quarters in a suitable container, sprinkled with caraway seeds.
  3. Dissolve salt and sugar in boiling water, add peppers, vinegar and oil. Pour cabbage with vegetables with this hot marinade, place a load on them and refrigerate. In a day, the “kryzhka” will “ripen”.

Cranberry daily recipe

In order to taste snack foods from pickled cabbage with a pleasant cranberry sourness in a day or two, you need to take:

  • 1500–2000 g of cabbage;
  • 250 g carrots;
  • 400 g cranberries;
  • 400 ml of drinking water;
  • 120 g of honey;
  • 120 ml of vinegar 9%;
  • 30 g of salt.

We prepare as follows:

  1. In a wide container of non-oxidizing material, fold cabbage chopped with narrow ribbons, large carrot chips and washed cranberries. Mix vegetables and berries well;
  2. Stir honey, salt and vinegar in water. Boil this solution, then cool slightly and pour warm into cabbage. Install a small load on top, for example, a container filled with water. Wait a day.

How to pickle cauliflower quickly?

Curly inflorescences of this cabbage are still a seasonal product that is difficult to buy in the winter, and the price at this time most often bites. But the solution, as always, is that you can pickle this vegetable in jars for the winter.

  • 110 g carrots;
  • 70 g of sweet red pepper;
  • 140 g of onions;

  • 30 g of salt;
