Do you like Italian cuisine or just want to try a new original dish? Then give preference to a traditional snack, which came to us directly from the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, called cannelloni with minced meat!

Classic cannelloni with minced meat

Cannelloni are large pasta tubes that can be stuffed with anything. Many housewives are afraid of them, but actually cooking cannelloni with minced meat is no more difficult than cooking ordinary pasta. Try to take tubes that do not require pre-cooking.

What is needed:

  • cannelloni - 250 g;
  • minced meat - 0.5 kg;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • hard cheese - 150 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • olive. oil;
  • greenery;
  • spice.

Finely chop the onion and a couple of cloves of garlic, then lightly pass them in a pan with a small amount of olive oil. We make a cross-shaped incision on tomatoes from above and pour them with boiling water. This is necessary so that the peel can be easily removed from them. Cut them into small cubes, mix with minced meat and spices, and then lightly fry them in a pan.

When the filling is ready, tightly fill the tubules with it. Stuffing should be cooled. Tamp them in a baking dish. There should be a small space between the cannelloni, otherwise they will stick together. We send them to the oven for half an hour and sprinkle with cheese grated on a coarse grater on top 10 minutes before cooking.

In the oven sauce

Cannelloni with minced meat in bechamel sauce will definitely be even tastier than cooked according to the classic recipe.

What is needed:

  • cannelloni - 250 g;
  • minced meat - 0.5 kg;
  • tomatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • Parmesan cheese - 150 g;
  • drain. oil - 50 g;
  • milk - 1 l;
  • flour - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • rast. oil;
  • spice.

Grind onions with garlic, peel tomatoes.Fry the minced meat in a pan with 3 tablespoons of water until it is completely evaporated and the meat changes its color. This is necessary so that it does not stick together into lumps. The filling for cannelloni should be slightly crumbly. We also simmer in a pan vegetables with a small amount of oil for about 10 minutes.

We connect both parts of the filling, mixing them well. At the same time, you need to do cooking bechamel sauce. To do this, melt the butter, pour flour into it and put the bowl on medium heat. We begin to slowly pour in milk, stirring constantly. When it begins to boil, reduce the fire to a minimum. We mix until the sauce becomes creamy in consistency. When it is ready, cover the dishes with a lid.

The filling should have cooled by then, and with it we fill our tubes. Tamp them in a baking dish and pour the top with bechamel sauce. We send for half an hour to the oven at a temperature of 200, 10 minutes before full cooking, sprinkle cannelloni with grated cheese.

With minced chicken

Cannelloni with minced chicken is another option for cooking Italian traditional dishes for those who do not really like pork or beef. So the tubes will acquire a more delicate taste.

What is needed:

  • cannelloni - 250 g;
  • minced chicken - 0.5 kg;
  • tomatoes - 5 pcs.;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • Parmesan cheese - 150 g;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • rast. oil;
  • Bechamel sauce;
  • spice.

Finely chop the onion with garlic and fry in a pan. Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Minced meat and, a little later, tomatoes are added to the frying. Add salt, spices and cook the filling for about 15 minutes. Next in line is Bechamel sauce. You can learn how to cook it in the previous recipe. We rub on a large grater "Parmesan".

When the minced meat with tomatoes is ready, we start cannelloni with it. However, the fillings should be in moderation, otherwise the tubes can burst during baking. Divide the Bechamel sauce in two equal parts. The first is poured into the mold, after which we put the cannelloni there. The remaining half water them from above. We send the tubes into the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 180. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle the dish on top with cheese.

In a slow cooker

You don’t have an oven, but really want to try cannelloni with minced meat? Do not despair! After all, if you have a slow cooker, consider that you are very lucky.

What is needed:

  • cannelloni - 10 pcs.;
  • minced meat - 300 g;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • hard cheese - 50 g;
  • carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • Tom. pasta - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • rast. oil;
  • salt;
  • spice.

Finely chop the onions and carrots, then lightly fry them with minced meat. You can leave the filling raw and immediately fill the cannelloni with it, but then the cooking time of the tubes will increase significantly. Do not forget to salt and add spices.

Cool the minced meat and fill it with cannelloni. It will be most convenient to do this manually without the help of foreign objects. We put the tubes to the bottom of the bowl, oiled. There ketchup is mixed with a small amount of water and this "broth" is poured on top of the workpiece. At the end, sprinkle with grated cheese and cook for half an hour on the “Stew” program. If the dish does not seem ready enough to you, you can add another 10-15 minutes.

With minced meat and mushrooms

Cannelloni with minced meat and mushrooms is another tasty version of this unusual dish.

What is needed:

  • minced meat - 300 g;
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • champignons - 200 g;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • hard cheese - 150 g;
  • rast. oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • ingredients for the sauce;
  • spice;
  • salt.

Finely chop the onion and mushrooms. We pour tomatoes with boiling water, peel them and also cut into small pieces. Fry onions, mushrooms, minced meat and tomatoes in a pan until fully cooked. Salt and season. Do not forget to mix thoroughly so that the filling fries evenly.

Cook the sauce until the cannelloni mince cools.Grate the cheese on a medium grater and then fill the tubes with filling. Bechamel is divided into two parts. One is poured into a baking dish, then the tubes are laid out there. Pour the remaining sauce over them. We cook for half an hour at a temperature of 180. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle cheese on top to form a tasty crust.

Bake in tomato sauce

What is needed:

  • minced meat - 0.5 kg;
  • cannelloni - 8 pcs.;
  • greenery;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • olive. oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • hard cheese - 150 g;
  • Tom. pasta - 4 tbsp. spoons .;
  • sugar - 1 tsp;
  • dried basil - 1 teaspoon;
  • spice;
  • salt.

Fry finely chopped garlic, one onion and minced meat in a pan until it becomes slightly brown. We remove the filling to cool, and then put the chopped herbs, egg and spices there. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Let's prepare cannelloni tomato sauce. Grind the second onion. Peel the tomatoes, cut into slices and turn them with a hand blender in mashed potatoes. Stew it all in a pan, adding tomato paste and spices. Constantly stir the sauce without boiling it. Cooking time should take 3-5 minutes.

The filling should have cooled by then, and with it we fill the tubes. We divide the resulting sauce into two equal parts: the first is poured into a baking dish, and the remaining one is poured over the laid cannelloni. Sprinkle with grated cheese and send to the oven for 40 minutes.
