Canapes with cheese and grapes

Then everything is simple. We cut each tomato into halves. We take the skewers and set about making the canapes in the following order: tomato half - basil leaf - cheese ball - second basil leaf - another part of the tomato. We fill all this beauty with gas station. We make it by mixing olive oil with balsamic vinegar, pepper and salt.

With fish

You can take any fish for canapes - sea, river, red, white, fried, salted, canned, smoked. We suggest you try the recipe for sandwiches with salted salmon.

We take:

  • white loaf;
  • butter;
  • fish - enough 100 grams;
  • hard cheese (any) - not less than 70 grams;
  • cucumber (fresh and small);
  • 1/3 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Cut the loaf into ovals. We lubricate each with oil, and then grind to the size of small cubes with a side of two centimeters. At the same time, we do not save and cut the crust: so future canapes will look neater on skewers.

We turn cheese and fish into “spare parts” of the same size as bread. We spray the fish with citrus juice. This will emphasize its delicate taste. We turn the cucumber into thin circles so that they do not break, but turn around.
