  3. Vegetable oil is added there, mixed thoroughly.
  4. Leave the dough alone for 15 minutes, then begin to bake.

Pancakes with kefir with the addition of semolina are more nutritious compared to openwork pancakes.

For pancakes take:

  • flour - 11-12 tbsp. l .;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
