  • 1/2 glass of rice wine (if you could not find it in the store, it is permissible to take white sweet);
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce;
  • 50-60 ml of sesame oil (if it is not there, take ordinary vegetable oil).

Dish creation sequence:

  1. I wash and dry the chicken with napkins, and if these are wings, make small cuts with a knife in the joints.
  2. Grind garlic and ginger root, then put these workpieces in a blender bowl.
