  • 450 g small unpeeled shrimp;
  • 1.5 liters of water;
  • 1 tbsp salt;
  • 1 bay leaf.

We raise salt in water and put on fire. Rinse the shrimp in a colander under running water. When the brine boils, put the lavrushka and boil for 3-4 minutes, so that the brine acquires the aroma of spice. After that we add seafood and cook for 2-3 minutes. We get a slotted spoon and leave to cool for 10 minutes. During this time, excess liquid drains from them after cooking, it must be drained. Peel off the shell and add to the salad. Several carcasses can be left to decorate the dish.

  • 300 g peeled medium shrimp;
  • 1 liter of water;
  • 150 gr of dill;
  • 1 bay leaf;
  • 1 tbsp. l salts;
  • 4 allspice.

Rinse the shrimp in plain water. In the cooking water, add salt, pepper and lavrushka, set to boil. While the brine is preparing, rinse the greens, pat it with a towel and cut it as small as possible.

By this time, the brine should already boil. We add shrimp and greens to it at the same time, mix, wait for boiling and note for 5 minutes. After that we get a slotted spoon on a dish with greens. An unusual way of cooking seafood - with the addition of beer:

  • frozen unpeeled shrimp - 750 gr;
  • water - 3l;
  • Lavrushka - 2pcs;
  • allspice - 2pcs;
  • black pepper - 4 pcs;
  • salt - 2 tbsp. l;
  • beer - 300ml.

Cook the shrimp as follows: boil water, add salt and spices, boil for another 2-3 minutes, so that the brine is saturated with the taste of spices. After putting the seafood and wait until it boils. As soon as it starts to boil, take time and cook, depending on the type of shrimp. After collecting with a slotted spoon, leave to cool for 15 minutes and clean from shell, heads and entrails. Serve with sauces.
