  • large forks of cabbage - 1 pc.;
  • pork - 400-500 g;
  • beef - 400-500 g;
  • onion - 2 heads;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • rice - 0.5 tbsp .;
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • salt pepper.

You can apply seasonings, with them cabbage rolls will come out even more delicious and fragrant. We recommend taking not spicy spices, but universal ones suitable for any dishes.

Cooking method:

  1. Place the cabbage in a deep pot so that the bottom of the stalk is at the bottom. Pour boiling water, put on a slow fire. As the upper leaves go away, remove them with a fork, putting them in a plate. Those that are smaller than two palms placed side by side are not needed, so you can get a head of cabbage out of the water and put it in the refrigerator - it’s useful for cabbage soup or for frying.
  2. Twist the minced meat with one onion.
  3. Boil the rice until tender, drain the water, but do not rinse the groats, starch will firmly glue the filling, it will not come out of the cabbage.
  4. Stir the meat with rice, salt and add a little pepper.
  5. Chop the second onion in half rings, and cut the carrots into cubes or grate on a coarse grater.
  6. We roll cabbage rolls: on each leaf of cabbage put a tablespoon of minced meat, roll like stuffed pancakes (bend the upper and lower edges of the sheet, then one side, roll up a roll).

The following products will be required:

  • white cabbage - large forks;
  • meat (any) - 1 kg;
  • onions - 1 head;
  • rice - half a glass;
  • ketchup or tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, pepper, seasonings.

Since we cook in a slow cooker, we will not add vegetable frying, but we will make a quick sauce. It can be prepared in a conventional pan, the process will be simpler and faster.

Stages of cooking:

  1. Boil a whole head of cabbage, removing leaves leaving at a boil.
  2. Wind minced meat and onions, mix with boiled rice, salt and pepper.
  3. Wrap cabbage rolls, as described in the previous recipe, fry, put in a bowl in rows tightly on top of each other.
  4. Mix tomato paste, mayonnaise and seasonings, fill in with water, mix well - this is sauce. Pour it into a pan with stuffed cabbage, add more water as needed.

In a slow cooker, cabbage rolls cook faster than in a pan, but cabbage is no less soft.

How to stew with minced meat and rice

Let's cook cabbage rolls in a cauldron. If you do not have such dishes, then take a pan with thick and high walls.

Components:

  • cabbage - 1 forks;
  • meat (pork, beef, chicken) - 1 kg;
  • rice - 1/2 tbsp .;
  • onion - 2 pcs.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • tomato paste - 1-2 tbsp. l (taste);

  2. Twist the meat, cabbage, onion into minced meat.
  3. Boil the rice, mix with minced cabbage and meat, beat the egg, salt and pepper.
  4. Form large cutlets from minced meat, roll in flour, fry.
  5. Put the "lazy cabbage rolls" on a baking sheet, pour the sauce made from tomato paste, mayonnaise, seasoning and water.The liquid should completely hide the cutlets.
  6. Cover the pan or cover with foil. Bake for 40 minutes at 170-190 degrees.

The same cabbage rolls can be prepared in a cauldron and in a pan, but they need to be laid out only in one layer. Therefore, it is easier to take a baking sheet, and even in the oven the dish comes out especially tasty. To "lazy cabbage rolls" you can make a side dish, better mashed potatoes.
