  • wheat flour - about 500 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • granulated sugar - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • sirloin sausages - 10 pcs.;
  • semi-soft cheese - a big handful;
  • ketchup with a little sharpness - 2 tbsp. l

Cooking:

  1. We breed powdered yeast in warm water with sugar until dissolved. It is important not to overdo it with the temperature of the water, otherwise the yeast will not work, but will brew.
  2. We leave it warm and wait until the “cap” rises.
  3. In a separate container we combine the dough, egg, kefir, salt and oil. We mix everything.
  4. Pour the sifted flour and knead the non-sticky elastic dough.
  5. Cover the container with a towel and set for 1.5 hours to make the dough fit. In the middle of the term, we crush it and allow it to rise again.
  6. We divide soft dough into small lumps and roll out ovals from them.
  7. We put the peeled sausage in the center of the oval, wrap and pinch the edges. We make 7 cuts, but not until the end.
  8. We turn each piece on its side, forming flower petals.
  9. We spread the flowers on a greased baking sheet and leave for 20 minutes.
  10. On slices of sausages we make strips with ketchup, and we distribute grated cheese over the entire surface of the rolls.
  11. Bake the "flowers" at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes to make the surface golden.

Required Products:

  • puff yeast-free dough - 1 kg;
  • creamy sausages - 10 pcs.;

Step-by-step cooking process:

  1. Pour yeast, salt and sugar with an egg into a bowl of heated milk.
  2. We send melted butter to the mass.
  3. In the mass, add the flour in portions and knead the elastic dough.
