Green smoothie of vegetables in a blender

A drink according to this recipe is very fresh, invigorating.

Ingredients:

  • fresh cucumber - 180 - 200 g;
  • fresh spinach - 70 g;
  • mint leaves - a big handful;
  • water - 350 - 370 ml;
  • lemon - 1 pc.
