As an additive, fruits, vegetables, offal, cottage cheese, herbs and berries are used. Below are recipes from which it will become clear how to cook pancakes without spending a lot of time and effort.

Lush pancakes on kefir

To make pancakes on kefir, you can take a dairy product of any fat content, it does not matter.

For cooking you will need:

  • a package of kefir;
  • egg;
  • 40-50 g of granulated sugar;
  • 5-7 g of salt;
  • 15-20 g of baking powder;
  • 0.35-0.4 kg of flour.

Cooking order:

  1. Stir the egg with salt and sugar, beat until foamy.
  2. In small portions add a little warmed kefir to the egg mass, mix until smooth, introduce a baking powder.
