How to deliciously fry beef liver in a pan?

Even in an ordinary frying pan, you can make the liver tender and juicy, and with a minimum set of products. In addition to the liver itself (670 g), you need to take: 2 onions, salt, 120 g of wheat flour.

  3. Fried foods are moved to the edges of the pan, and in the middle is prepared chopped into pieces liver. When it turns white, you can mix the products and cook together until the meat component is fully cooked.
