Classic minced pork cutlets

Most people eat pork every day. This tasty meat, inexpensive, from it you can cook a huge number of dishes. The most popular are minced pork cutlets. They are juicy, incredibly tender and satisfying, but not everyone turns out just like that. Therefore, we propose to consider a simple recipe for their preparation.

Products required:

  • pork - 600 g;
  • large onion - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • white bread (preferably yesterday, fresh is not good for minced meat) - 3 slices;
  • milk - 0.5 tbsp .;
  • salt and pepper;
  • flour or breadcrumbs;
  • sunflower oil.

Stages of preparation:

  1. Through a meat grinder, you need to scroll chopped meat, onion and garlic.
  2. Soak the bread in milk so that the crusts are softened. If there is no milk, then you can take ordinary water. Squeeze the pieces lightly, put in the minced meat.
  3. Beat the egg, put salt and pepper, mix well, cover the cup with plastic wrap and put in the cold for 10 - 15 minutes.
  4. Form cutlets, roll well in breading.
  5. In a pan, heat the sunflower oil, its amount must be such as to hide about a quarter of the height of the cutlets.
  6. Put the meat blanks in a pan, squeeze lightly so that they become flattened, fry under the lid on both sides until crusted.

Serve meat patties with or without any side dish.

How to cook beef in a slow cooker

We offer another recipe for delicious meatballs, which we cook with the help of the most favorite pan of all women - multicookers. We will use beef, cutlets to taste come out special. But this meat is not so easy to prepare as pork, and with the wrong approach, the dish will turn out tough.

Ingredients:

  • beef pulp - 500 g;
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • yesterday’s bread - 3 large pieces;
  • milk - 0.5 tbsp .;
  • dill - to taste;
  • any breading;
  • salt;
  • ground pepper;
  • sunflower oil.

As in the first recipe, if there is no milk, then take water.

Mayonnaise will give the patties juiciness. It can be replaced with sour cream.

Cooking:

  1. Turn the meat in a meat grinder or in a blender. Together with beef, twist onion and garlic.
  2. Add mayonnaise, egg, salt and pepper, chopped dill.
  3. Soak the bread with the crusts in the milk, send it to the minced meat, knead it with your hands. Form cutlets, roll in breading.
  4. Heat oil in a slow cooker, fry the meat semi-finished products on it to a crust on both sides. You can put it on the "Bake" mode.

We recommend that you close the pan with a lid, so the cutlets will come out more juicy.

Stewed meatballs in a sauce in a pan

You can cook chicken minced meatballs in a slightly different way than described above. Poultry is not so juicy, and therefore we suggest stewing meatballs from it in tomato sauce. It will come out incredibly tasty and satisfying, and, no less important, low-calorie!

 

Components for meatballs:

  • chicken fillet - 500 - 600 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • tomatoes in their own juice - 1 can;
  • parsley and dill - a bunch;
  • flour - 3 - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • bread - 2 pieces;
  • milk - 1/3 st .;
  • salt;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • seasonings for chicken - a couple of pinch;
  • oil.

How to cook:

  1. Cut chicken, rinse, turn in a meat grinder, do the same with onions.
  2. Soak the bread in milk, add to the minced meat with the egg, salt.
  3. Grind tomatoes and herbs in a sauce in a blender. Add seasoning.
  4. Fry the patties over high heat so that the juice does not flow out. Then fill with sauce, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Done! Serve the patties with pasta or rice, abundantly watering the side dish with tomato.

Cooking in the oven

Everyone can fry cutlets in a pan. Things are more complicated with cooking them in the oven. We will tell you how to make tasty and juicy cutlets by baking.

Component Products:

  • pork - 500 g;
  • bread - 2 pieces;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • turnip onion - 1 pc.;
  • milk - 1/3 st .;
  • salt;
  • black pepper;
  • breadcrumbs;
  • hard cheese - 200 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.

Cooking cutlets:

  1. Cut the meat pulp so that the pieces easily pass into the meat grinder. Rinse.
  2. Boil the carrots, peel and chop finely.
  3. Peel the onion, scroll in a meat grinder with pork.
  4. Soak the bread, make gruel from it, add to the minced meat, send the carrots there too. Salt, add pepper, egg, mix.
  5. Form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs, put on a baking sheet.
  6. Cut the cheese into thin wide pieces, lay on cutlets.
  7. Set to bake at 180 degrees.

In the oven, the cheese will go into cutlets, will not let the juice evaporate, so in the end the dish will come out not dry.

Serve with any garnish; fresh or baked vegetables are perfect.

Fried turkey cutlets

Turkey meat is a healthy dietary product. The meat is tasty, juicy, so wonderful cutlets will come out of it. They are perfect for mashed potatoes, boiled rice or any other side dish.

Of the products, the following will be required:

  • turkey fillet - 500 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • semolina - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • greens - a bunch;
  • mushrooms - 200 g;
  • butter - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • vegetable oil - in the pan;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • breading flour;
  • pepper.

Cooking method:

  1. Sauté finely chopped mushrooms in butter. Suitable as champignons, and other species.
  2. Turn the meat through a meat grinder with onions and garlic.Add semolina and egg, leave to insist for 15 minutes. During this time, the cereal will swell, and the cutlets even without bread will turn out lush and soft.
  3. Mix the minced meat with mushrooms and finely chopped greens, form patties, roll in flour. Fry in hot oil under the lid on each side.

Delicious cutlets are ready. They may not need a side dish, because they contain mushrooms. Such a dish can be eaten simply with bread.

Delicious mixed minced recipe

We examined several recipes for meatballs, but nevertheless, to taste not one option can be compared with that made from a mixture of several types of meat. Take beef and pork, this is a classic “duet”, the dish from which always turns out amazing.

 

Products for cooking:

  • fatty pork - 200 - 300 g;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • bread - 3 slices;
  • milk or water - 1/3 st .;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • salt;
  • flour or crackers;
  • ground pepper.

You can take seasonings for cooking meat, with them cutlets will turn out more flavorful.

Step by step cooking:

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces, rinse. Next, scroll with garlic and onions through a meat grinder.
  2. Soak bread in milk or water, add to the minced meat, squeezing a little. Beat in an egg, add salt and spices.
  3. Well roll each cutlet breaded - they will be more juicy in it. The softness of the dish also strongly depends on this, because dry meat is tough.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the patties, cover with a lid. You need to fry for about 10 minutes on each side - be guided by the appearance of a crust.

According to whatever recipe you fry cutlets, always take them out of the pan when ready so that the dish is not saturated with oil.
