How to cook funchose with vegetables

Ingredients:

  • funchose - 350 g;
  • carrots - 250 g;
  • sweet pepper - 2 pods;
  • cucumber - 1 pc.;
  • garlic, salt - optional;
  • olive oil - 60 ml;
  • rice vinegar - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • sesame oil - 1 tbsp. l

Cooking:

  1. If necessary, peel the declared vegetables, chop into thin strips. Mash them lightly with your hands.
  2. Boil the water and immediately lower the noodles into it. Spread the product with a fork and cook for 6 - 7 minutes. Throw in a colander and cool.
  3. Mix vegetables and funchose.

Season the treat with a mixture of two oils and vinegar. Add mashed garlic and salt if desired.

Noodle recipe

Ingredients:

  • thin bean noodles - 60 g;
  • oyster sauce - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • chicken - 150 g;
  • light and dark soy sauce - ½ tbsp. l .;
  • garlic paste - 2 mal. spoons;
  • red onion - 1 head;
  • crushed Beijing - 200 g;
  • chopped carrots - 100 g;
  • sugar - a pinch;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • tomato - 1 pc.

Cooking:

  1. Soak the glass noodles in non-cold water for 12 minutes.
  2. Mix all the sauces from the recipe. Add sugar.
  3. In a heated cauldron, fry onion slices. After a minute, add to them small slices of chicken, garlic paste. Cook together for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Pour raw eggs into the cauldron. Mix everything. When they are ready, add vegetables, noodles without liquid.
  5. Fry everything for 4 to 5 minutes.
  6. Lastly, add large slices of tomato and after a couple of minutes remove the container from the heat.

Serve hot treats.

Cooking in Korean

Ingredients:

  • noodles - 200 g;
  • dressing dressing (specially for Korean funchose) - 80 g;
  • Korean carrot - 1 tbsp .;
  • red and yellow salad peppers - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • parsley - 1 bunch;
  • soy sauce - 80 ml;
  • odorless vegetable oil - 60 ml.

Cooking:

  1. Pour boiling water over the noodles for 6 to 7 minutes. Rinse with chilled boiled water. Add oil and soy sauce.
  2. Send mashed garlic and all vegetables chopped into large strips to the noodles.
  3. Pour the chopped greens, squeezed carrots from the marinade into a common bowl.
  4. Season the mixture with special sauce.

Give Korean funchose to infuse 2.5 hours in cool.

Shrimp and Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • soy sauce - 70 ml;
  • noodles - 250 g;
  • green onions - ½ bunch;
  • shrimp - 350 g;
  • tomatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • light sesame seeds - 1 tbsp. l

Cooking:

  1. Pour seafood with water. Send to boil. Cook after boiling for 3 - 3.5 minutes. Cleanse by removing the head, shell, intestinal wreaths.
  2. Finely chop fresh garlic, chop the onion into thin rings.
  3. Scald tomatoes with boiling water, then immediately rinse with cold water. This procedure will help to easily peel vegetables from the skin.. Cut the remaining parts into small pieces.
  4. Boil the noodles until cooked, following the instructions on the packaging.
  5. Mix all the prepared ingredients and send them to the pan. Pour the sauce. Darken for 4 to 5 minutes.

Garnish with light sesame seeds and you can take a sample.

With chicken and vegetables

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - ½ kg;
  • peeled garlic - 1 clove;
  • noodles - 200 g;
  • salad pepper - 1 pod;
  • sweet onion - 2 heads;
  • green beans - 230 g;
  • rice vinegar - 60 ml;
  • carrot - 1 pc.;
  • spices and salt.

Cooking:

  1. Cut prepared meat into very thin strips. Season with spices, sprinkle with salt. Mix well.
  2. Cook chicken in a pan with any fat for 6 - 7 minutes.
  3. Send thin half rings of sweet onion to the chicken. Fry together for another 4 minutes.
  4. Add straws of salad pepper and carrots. Fry everything together for 5 - 6 minutes.
  5. Separately, cook noodles for 6 to 7 minutes. Beans also pour water and cook for 10 - 12 minutes in a separate bowl. Pour over the already cooked product with ice water so that it does not lose its bright appetizing color.
  6. Mix all prepared ingredients - both fried and cooked.
  7. Add mashed garlic, spices, salt to taste and vinegar.

Leave the finished dish with chicken and vegetables, insist on cooling for at least 1 hour.

Noodles with soy sauce

This recipe will allow you to quickly and tasty cook funchose.

Ingredients:

  • funchose - 250 g;
  • peeled champignons - 450 g;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • soy sauce - 5 tbsp. l .;
  • sweet pepper - 1 pod;
  • dry ginger - 2 pinches.

Cooking:

  1. Finely chop all vegetables arbitrarily. Chop mushrooms with plates.
  2. Send prepared ingredients to a pan with any fat and fry until cooked.
  3. Boil the noodles separately.
  4. Mix funchose without liquid and fry.
  5. Add dry ginger, mashed garlic to the mass.

Season with soy sauce. The dish is especially indispensable during a diet or in religious fasting.

Funchoza with Asparagus and Green Beans

Ingredients:

  • noodles - 200 g;
  • beans (green) - 140 g;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • asparagus - 230 g;
  • fresh herbs - to taste;
  • cheese - 60 g;
  • sesame oil - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l

Cooking:

  1. Chop the carrots into strips. Fry in sesame oil until soft.
  2. Add to it chopped greens, beans and asparagus pre-cooked for 3 minutes.Simmer all together for a quarter of an hour.
  3. Cook the noodles separately until cooked.
  4. Combine the funchose and the contents of the pan. Add the grated cheese. Mix everything.

Let the dish stand until the cheese melts. Pour it in soy sauce.

With seafood

Ingredients:

  • assorted seafood (any to taste) - half a kilo;
  • noodles - 250 g;
  • fresh strong cucumber - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 3 to 4 cloves;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • garlic oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • chili pepper - ½ pcs.;
  • grape vinegar - 2 tbsp. l

Cooking:

  1. Pour boiling water over seafood for half a minute. Drain the liquid from them. If necessary, clean the assorted components.
  2. Cut all the vegetables into strips. Send carrots with seafood to a pan with garlic oil. Fry together for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Add chopped garlic and seedless chili. Continue cooking for a couple of minutes.
  4. Boil the noodles separately. Mix with frying. Add grape vinegar.

Allow the refreshment to cool for about 1 hour.

How to cook delicious meat

Ingredients:

  • noodles - 250 g;
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • salad pepper - 1 pod;
  • onions and carrots - 1 pc.;
  • beef pulp - 350 g;
  • spices to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Chop meat without veins and films. Send to the pan with a little water. Strain under the lid for 15 to 17 minutes.
  2. Send chopped vegetables and some butter to the meat. Add spices. Fry all together for 6 - 7 minutes.
  3. Pour the ingredients with soy sauce.
  4. Mix the contents of the pan with pre-cooked noodles.

Serve the funchose with meat to the table as the main course.

As you can see, salt in recipes with funchose is often absent. That's because noodles are usually seasoned with soy sauce, which necessarily contains this component. But you can choose additives for it (salt and spices) to your liking.
