  4. Pour water into the turk. It should be almost icy.

  4. Over time, a small layer of foam forms on the surface. When it starts to rise, the pan must be removed immediately from the stove.

  1. Pour water into the lower container.
  2. Pour the right amount of ground coffee onto the filter.
